The guy is more happy in interviewing... it does not look that it is a fair interview....
Nice video,however you need to realise that most of the companies don't like doing skype interviews.

Fish is great, lots of tasty mercury.
This is horrible interview, her hands are a distraction, not the proper lighting, and not dressed appropriate. Also she isn't prepared at all, she has too many filler words- you should never say "for sure" or "Ah- so", "um" etc

She is really rambling through this entire interview. I thought it was just me who thought this interview was horrible.
