This is a pretty weak song lyrically for Skynd. Usually their songs have a lot more depth and factual details of the crimes that inspired the song.

I agree, it's weak lyrically. Is this the first time they focus entirely on the serial killer and don't say anything about the victims? It's almost as if they are trying to portray her as THE victim.
