There's a Skyline here in Indy and (I assume this is a thing at every location, but just in case...) when ordering to go they give you the cheese in 2 bags so it doesn't melt before you're ready to eat. As someone who didn't grow up on the stuff, even using one of the bags feels rather excessive haha.

As a person from Ohio, I never thought I'd see the day this was made into a sausage. Well done.

Perhaps this video wasn't the best example to make this comment. However, I would like to point out that he did make Beef Wellington among other dishes from scratch. I guess I just admire the effort for something that will ultimately be pushed through a grinder and stuffed into casing.
