That wasn't the important bar, it was what came after. "How I rack my brain but it's as if I'm tryna explain it to children, so a lot of this pain isn't healing." Em is saying that nobody understands just how much work he puts into rap and it makes him angry rather than him feeling better after he writes a song. So he uses that as motivation to write more and put even more work into each song.

Everything about this song is perfect. After the movie when this song played with the credits i loved it immediately. Skylar's part is so catchy and she has an amazing voice.

Literally the perfect warrior song! You could be a badass knight, viking or samurai and freaking slash enemies to this lmao. Still goes hard in 2023. I remember hearing it the first time in the ending credits of the movie and I was addicted to it. I would listen to it everyday. And now its been awhile since I've listened to it.
