Despite his additude, Kaos is actually very powerful and a straight up genius. Just look at all the villains in this game, despite all their power, Kaos' STILL rose over all of them and realized that the one thing staying in his way is US, the portal masters, AND earth, and became even stronger.

Remember, he’s canonically been on earth. At the end of Spyro’s Adventure, he’s launched to earth by the heroes, and in Giants, he has just enough magic to come back to life and use a portal to return, something no one else in the series has ever done. And the most important part? HE WAS AT A SKYLANDERS DISPLAY! He knows that the figures and portals are being sold, so he can easily put 2 and 2 together, and after that, it’s just a matter of exploiting the information. Also, he’s a Portal Master himself. He has the same powers you do, plus the magic he knows AND the new developments he takes advantage of. And, if Skylanders Academy is canon, he’s stolen the power of an evil god (Strykore was trying to kill Kaos at the end of season 2, but Kaos couldn’t recite the spell [or could and knew what it did] so he received power instead) and ESCAPED CLOUDCRACKER PRISON WITHOUT ANY SUBSTANTIAL HELP! He also manipulates the cast for the entire game, so it’s not all power that gets him where he is. All in all, he’s not an unimpressive villain AT ALL, and in fact quite powerful and intelligent, with outside knowledge to boot.

​@@pkoolaid4038no it isn't its a main game mechanic. That's how you were meant to Beat him. It's less of an achievement but it's still not cheating

Flying characters make it so easy! But I did discover that Snapshot is kind of invincible while using the "jump+slam" soul gem until he moves again. It is kind of handy for this.

It took a long time but I stoped Kaos with Snapshot and Echo and Echo is a normal Skylander u just need to be patient so those of who r like “ OH IT TOOK ALL MY SKYLANDERS! “ then maybe try go slower I’m not saying that it’s easy for everyone everyone does it differently but it doesn’t mean this guy is cheating he clearly is just really skilled at took his time!❤️❤️❤️

Whats sharper then a spike? A knife? A Sword? Full 90 degree angle up in difficulty is what this fight was, it was awesome!

Worth mentioning that because this is in nightmare mode he spawns those kaos bullets which do 9999 damage if they hit you lol. Good fight!

He only does it at the start of two phases, but that increases a weakness; he'll take more damage from your attacks when he does this.

You can do it but only when a the entire set of energy waves is released because if you start flying when he just started sending waves he will generate waves that can damage you airbone, thats why this guy only flyes at the end of the waves

First time i battled him on nightmare, i haved 2 max evolved life,2 max evolved water villains,2 max evolved earth villains, and one max evolved villain of each fire,air,technology,magic,ghost, Light and darkness(tell if i forgot an element)and exactly 64 skylanders,also every single one maxed out,and i won the fight damn close,he defeated every of my villains with ease, also my skylanders didnt really stood a chance,but i won the battle with knight light having around 10 hp left.i also somehow activatet a glitch where it happened that my trigger happy had zero hp but was still alive

I replayed imaginators and it isn't actually all that bad. Not my favorite but still pretty good. Superchargers is still trash tho except for the racing mode but if you want that just get a different game

I tried with chopper if you try that while he's summoning them he's going to make some with walls which you can't jump over

I know I'm late but why does everyone say it's super hard? Hard mode is easy, I beat it only with snap shot lvl 12,seriously. And I only have 4 skylanders. I don't think nightmare mode is that hard.

If they are the current skylanders/villans element, they will heal them. If not, it will harm them. They are usually centered around the skylander and villan currently on the Portal of Power.

wowgek7 I think this is nightmare mode. But maybe it’s hard mode. I did medium and easy on kaos and floored him on easy. On medium I almost died but still defeated him with one skylander. Maybe the reason you did more damage is because you used a trap master instead of Spyro. And if it was a long time ago get the game and see! Please don’t say things like this that make people think he’s fake. I

@@therockwizard.9687 I used trap masters eons elites normal skylanders etc I had to use like at least 50 figures now I know I aint that good in this game but I do remember almost all skylanders I used died in 1 or 2 hits and none even did close to the damage he does not even the most powerfull skylanders in the game the eon elites did even close to this much damage so I call a fake when I see it. also why do I need to get the game? how the f did you think I would know it if I didnt have the game? back when I posted that comment was when I just PLAYED the game so I know this isnt nightmare mode at least back then
