Many of these man lifts use the same or similar control box regardless of model number. This company bought four new batteries and a new charger to try and solve this problem first. Low voltage can be a cause for the solenoids not to operate. That sizeable amount of money was just wasted and they didn't even save the old batteries or charger for me. These control panels take a lot of abuse and replacing one is cheap. This was bought for $378 and this almost gives you a new machine. Joystick assembly alone can be purchased for about $100. There are at least two versions and may require some modification of wiring. Always check limit switches for free operation and lubricate. Battery and control tray switches may also be a cause if equipped. There is a wire that goes to the charger that opens the circuit so it can't be moved when charging. Some may have a jumper wire replacing charger relay. Service manuals are free online. Due to the very thick conformal coating and surface mount components, repairs are nearly impossible except for the regulator and transistor mentioned. The case had an arc weld burn. Since part of the circuitry worked I am not confident that an arc was the cause of the failure. I was unable to remove the defective enable switch. It is an OTTO P3-700035 which is $48. That must be some switch, no wonder they just shorted the wires!

I have repaired a lot of industrial floor cleaning equipment and have seen of the little "special" fixes you show here funny thing with floor cleaning equipment its usually carrying water and they are low side switching sssssssooooooooo someone gets water on the control boards and they cant figure out why the machine takes off on them or they wont shut off ahhh good times LOL
