How do you unlock the quest? I have done Timber and EOD and a lot of quests in Tiger Bay/Fort Narith, but I don't get any Banshee quests.

its not under the desk. its in the cardboard box. its a blue book. he's level 8 so he hasn't even done these quests, just reading/watching someone else and uploading videos.
