Many thanks for the upload. Im always looking out for classic Sky One stuff from the late late 80s, early 90s. I remember some of these ads and its a wonderful rush of nostalgia when something briefly brings you back to those times. I remember watchin Riptide back to back with Hunter. And, I think WWF wrestling was on then after that. I was 10 during this timeline. 😀

Watched it on a Pace 9200 satellite receiver with 85cm dish in Lancashire with perfect reception across all channels in all weather. A 60cm dish with an Amstrad was the worst, as it had it had a temperamental tuner with an annoying tendancy to drift off frequency and it would give sparklies in fine weather on certain channels, especially the slightly weaker European focused transponder groups of horizontal polarisation, like Screensport Lifestyle RTL-Veronique and Pro 7 but not quite so bad reception on the stronger vertical polarisation channels like RTL Eurosport Sky One Sky News etc.

I had it when ITV dropped LA Law and 90210. It was so different back then and now is as boring as hell. I’m going to do my damnest to switch it off come March, something I’d never dream of back then

I thought the John McCarthy PIC ojnly aired in cinemas

So that's were "Falcon Crest" went after ITV dropped it.
