    More boxers should use this technique i use it its stops the jab and other punches using this and lateral movement unstoppable.

    i do a similar technique its a pak sao with a elbow smash to the opponents fist...it acts like a catch then elbow smash..i see skull and bones also has that option as well...it acts kinda like a bong sao action as well to redirect the line ....not bad...

    Correct me if I’m wrong but it seems the skull and bones Defense is designed to neutralize that initial jab that comes in at you. The goal seems to be to catch the fist and fingers of the opponent into your elbow resulting in disabling the hand by breaking the fingers or spraining the rest of the opponent who hasn’t made a proper fist. In my opinion it can be used in combination with other blocks. But again, correct me if I’m wrong I’m not the teacher here after all

    What would be some basic follow-up strikes for the crown? Is the crown like a dip w/ a vertical rob the bank hand positioning?

    I'm a former ameture boxer,.. i just follow the 52 movement online thru youtube... me personally I'd throw a straight right, or a left hook to the body after it.. (im right handed)

    Sebastian Brown bong sao an skull an bones resemble each other but are very different. Bong sao shape is more open then skull.the weight im the feet are different an bong is more transciton then block.an has more sticky arm quality THen skull an bones both are good techs

    In wing chun style we have similar block, it is called BONG SAO......with no gloves on of course...pfffff....!!
