I am trying to work out how you had so many shots in a game. Also, if I move to anywhere in the Skorpion, even behind bushes, I get instantly evaporated. I need to watch this video many times.

With improved rotation and the -15% terrain resistance field mod it feels like a tier 9 medium in both mobility and gun. One of the best tanks in the game. SU is a derpy slow pile of junk compared to it.

I love my G, as it's field mods just make everything work faster! I don't know about Battle Pass but got a new skin for my t67 to use called Rain of Stone.

I like My skorpion, because It is one those tanks you don't need to spam gold to Be competitive. And It also doesn't care about MM. Because of that, it is my main credit maker novadays.

I love it, usually first 3-4 games in a day are with Scorpion, than I see how it's gonna go!

Yea, how is he actually hitting stuff. My Skorpion puts 8/10 into the dirt or orbit, never seems to hit where I aim

Make sure to upgrade the Accuracy to the max. Crew skill and other stuff. I know its gun is great on paper but the shell rng is very bad. You need to make the aim circle as small as you can

For whatever reason, I cannot make the Skorpeon work for me. I know it's great and everyone loves it. I also have the SU-130PM, which is apparently a slightly worse Skorp, but in the SU I have a 61% win rate but in the skorp I have a 38% with low damage and low survival. For whatever reason I cannot do well in it.

My tank to relax with, 64% win rate in almost 500 battles as well.

maybe think I am the 1.3% female of the survey. I am not playing so much but when I do I watch this for warmup. I think some idea I will like is a "Vivi Rating" for the tanks on the index and maybe once in a while a Vivi replay. I love her more than Skill no offense 🙂 😂

Amazed you still love this tank as much as you do. After WG "changed" the skorp it's just not the same anymore.

My Skorpion has the same problem as my grille 15: my shells disappear into the ground. Only my German tanks are doing that…

Imagine Grille 15 would hit the shots like the Skorp... What a tank could Grille be. ;) Skorpion is so much more reliable.

I can tottaly agree with you Skill, this is an awesome tank. This is the first tank in which I can deliever 3K battles regularly. I am so happy I bought it from caravan.

I love the Skorpion. It's my favorite tank. Su-130 is a good tank, but I have a better win rate in the Skorpion. The Skorpion's fully traversable turret makes it far easier to play if you get caught in close, it is faster, more maneuverable, and reloads faster. SU-130 does hit a bit harder and has better camo.

that rng though my shots never go like that in the skorpion

Even tho sadly I play this game on Xbox, this is still by far my favorite channel for WOT on KZread

Only the skin is the difference. The G has an "all-time applied & not removable" skin, while the other version has no skin. Statistically, they are the same.

Skillman, I would have words with you - the Skorpion is just another POS. This thing has been downsized like all of the premiums get castrated after a few games or so. "If you know what you are doing". What? You have to bury yourself beyond the circle of death and depend on spotters to do well in this thing. I shoved this in the back room of anxious regrets then I pulled it out. Man, what a mistake.

I like low tier better on this channel but I understand you need to find your audience as well.

I love Skorpion too but isn't this channel for tier 5-7 battles?

Comparing bananas and apples, SU counterpart is Rhm Borsig, NOT Skorpion, totally different tanks. SU is sniper schnitzel, while Skorpion is medium tank with BIG gun, totally different gameplay. IMO average player will suite SU better, Skorp is more skill caped.

I would say su-130pm against higher tiers. Good camo and 320 HEAT makes it very strong even against T10s. Tanks usually have higher view range in T9/T10 battles which is a weakness for skorpion. Against same tier or lower I would go skorpion. Mobility, 360 degree turret and slightly better gun makes it more satisfying when playing more like a mobile high alpha medium in that matchmaking

@@mrki412 yeah but against t9/t10 heavies standard pen may not be enough all the time. Having 320 HEAT pen can make a huge difference in those situations

It cannot be beautiful. It's a WWII German design.

I've tossed up between the Scorpion and E25 for some time now, though I haven't baught either. The gameplay suits me for both. I love my Super Hellkitty and SU-100, and they all have similar gameplay in a way. Though the E25 is more like a turretless light, it doesn't have a turret, just like the SU-100. Both the Hellkitty and Scorpion have turrets, but the Super Hellkitty doesn't hit as hard as the Scorpion, yet the SU-100 does. I'm leaning more towards the Scorpion, but the E25 is one of those tanks that just appeals to me, in that if there's one on the apposing team, more often than not, he's the one who gets me, so it's a case of If you can't beat them, then join them. All these td's suite my play style. And there lies the problem. LOL. Another great game Skill. Thanks to your abilities, as usual, you make my choice harder. LOL.

Aren’t you confusing the tier 7 Scorpion with the tier 8 SKorpion? E25 is tier 7 as well.

For me I think e25 would be less fun, you still have to spam the gold to be competitive. The skorp however, is just a tier 8 hellcat, and an absolute monster. All german td's with the 12.8cm are extremely dangerous, and combined with the mobilty of the skorp it's deadly.

@@SirDaffyD The gun on the Su 130 (SUe PoM as I call it, for ease) is just not as reliable - even after you max out the accuracy of both. It does not snap shot as well. It's harder to hit moving targets or targets that you get a quick glimpse of. The lack of 360 degree turret shouldn't be an issue, but it sometimes is as is the dispersion. The only thing the Su has going for it over the Skorp is camo. And I'm not sure that's enough because a good Skorp player will abuse bushes, knock down trees and use the view range to get the most out of the tank to mitigate the lack of camo. For some reason, the Sue Pom also bounces a lot more shots than the Skorp. Skorp tends to pen a large % of its shots. On paper the Su, should be the roughly the equal to the Skorp, but it's one of those rare times when the German vehicle is clearly superior to the Russian one.

Thanks for taking the trouble to reply. I understand and I have heard Skill himself say that he will run out of lower tiers in a few weeks. However, for example he has been doing some 'no gold' plays and I think that would be great in lower tiers - just the way I play in fact probably along with some other free to play players. If you don't enjoy tiers 5-7 there is a great deal of content about higher tiers on Skill's main channel as well as many others. Obviously it is up to Skill what he does but he did ask for opinions.

@@Dick-Dastardly I get what you're driving at and I do enjoy lower tier gameplay. My issue is who wants to see a video on the lil scorpion for example every 5 months or w/e. Not saying he couldn't do more spicy stuff with variations of play, but being stuck in tier 5-7 overall is limiting. I would even be interested if he increased his range to occasionally add videos for tiers 3 & 4 but there is basically no chance of that happening.

I thought tier 8 was for normal and extra was for 5,6,7

Play it yourself. It's not overpowered by any stretch of the imagination, just very good. It has zero armor, less camoflague than a bright yellow schoolbus, and is absolutely gigantic (Panther size, effectively)

I absolutely hated the Skorpion. Felt like an RNG fest every game. All that penetration, shell velocity and accuracy, yet it seemed like I was shooting bananas.

Su is better for me

... crew skills should always be mentioned/highlighted in these demonstrations. Please stop hiding your exceptionally powerful crews, ESPECIALLY for this Low Tier audience. Thanks.

For me ..and i play a lot TDs ... this tank is just pain ... gun is not accurat , camo is bad . I have a good crew in it and all the accurat things on it incl choko but still its pain to play whit and i dont know why there is so big hype for this shit tank .. for me also all the numers of the gun are just a big scam and choke ... today i even thought to sell this bullshit tank ... WR is one of the worst of my TDs .. SU is much more relaxing to play with ..... so long
