we do have this body style capri in america but they were sold as a mercury not a ford, i actually know someone that has one and you can usually pick them up pretty cheap because they dont have the following here that they do in europe

Engine is slightly modified. Camshaft and ported head and the rest is pure stock. Gearbox was a MT-75 but after i destroyed 5 gearboxes i mounted a BMW Getrag instead

Damn, that's inspiration :). I've been thinking about building a 2.9 V6 turbo since I had a 2.9 scorpio.. after watching this. I'll start building this summer :). Is the engine stil stock btw?. except for the kent cams and the turbostuff?

Have you tuned the Ford Cologne 2.8 engine? Do you think it would be as tough as the 2.9 when used with forced induction?
