I feel so much more relaxed when I watch these repairs and mods. I’ll make sure that Ali, my mechanic at the Skoda dealership, watches these before service next week. Quite the opposite for sure, luckily these are not our mechanics!

The "Battery" box is a R32 Battery box with Skoda partsnumber, the shallow box is only on front wheel drive yetis, there is a cover plate that could be used with nothing sticking down from the floor. ( Planning and agm battery in that location myself )

That battery box you fittted is for tsi fwd petrols with full size backbox. Love that the boot trim nearly defeated you hahaha the tailgate trims are worse. Ive never ran the haldex to get filters out just a 13mm bolt into the black part and pliers on the white cap.

Normally have removal toe bar ball tyre foam and compressor

So that's what that black box under the rear bumper is ! I had no idea what it was. Could be a good hiding place for contraband ! . . . #simpleclever !

Didn't know about the smaller rear tub, would have made a custom exhaust setup a lot easier! I never use the deep tub.....nice work yet again lads.

I've got a 4x4 2litre diesel Yeti, really like what you have done with the roof cage and light bar. Thinking it might be on my next shopping list, along with the tow bar I want, however can't decide which type. I can change the tyres to off roaders, I all you have to do is update the on board computer that changes the set up. It is by far the best car I have ever had.

Surprised you didn’t remove the Haldex pump. I’ve always found the screen filter to be clogged with gunk on them.

I'm gonna assume you hadn't got the engine stinking hot when you drained the oil and it happened to all go into the pan without issue. Try it when the engine's hot and its go everywhere!!!

Unless there's another video covering it, it'd have been nice to be more detailed on the Haldex service. Love this Yeti, it's a cracking bit of kit. When you took it to Wales on the trailer, was this just to save a few quid in fuel / tyres, or because it drives scary without the ARBs?

A bit of both, 60 is a good speed for this, Touareg can do 70 and return same MPG plus having the trailer there means you can tow something back if it's dead!
