when I saw first time on road in black colour with led lights on during day time, just couldn't take eyes away from it. it's truly Superb.

I like the Passat because it’s slightly less common and I personally feel VW always gives their cars a slight edge over Skoda.

+ankit Kumar I owned the previous gen superb 1.8 aswell and my transmission failed thrice most unreliable dsg transmission totally unacceptable. Finally got my money back with interest and compensation back through court.

It's DSG TWIN CLUTCH... It's marvelous, I have Golf VW 7th GEN, with DSG 7 speed, you don't know when it changes shifts 😍

It seems tailored perfectly for the Indian market. Does India receive any other VW group vehicles?

Infotainment system lacks attention should be replace it with highend 8" oled touch screen. Missing full led front lightning system at this price point. Superb directly competes with mercedes e class and it Should comes with 7 speed DSG instead of 6.

Pardon my ignorance but i don't have a lot of knowledge when it comes to cars, from what i understand both the A6 and the new Superb are based on the same platform and in India both are offered with the exact same engine, but the price difference is substantial.

sad news thats car price starts from around 26 lakhs which sucks I love skoda but I hate this thats means with new model they might increase 10 lakh common skoda thats not fair

sat in the L&K trim. it is not luxurious from inside. seriously old one was far better. One thing I don't understand is that if over luxury is less than previous one then how can it be a better car overall than the previous one. better to buy Octavia which is 8 lacs cheaper than this.

I would rather go for the octavia , Same cabin only leg space would be lesser.But you will get a drivers car which corners well . 😄

Akash Gupta the combi versions weren't accepted by most Indians and had poor sales, Which explains why we have limited options for stations wagon in India.

i hope its less maintainenance than the last one. The superb that i have had a transmission failure every two years.

Transmission failure happens when you play too much with F1 shifts... It's mechatronics... transmission should last life of car as long as you change gear oil every 60000km/3years

arjun kaushik I own one and have driven it on the western ghats..the stearing lacks feedback but it has the Progressive Stearing System which means you don't have to put in a lot of stearing lock to turn the vehicle..you might think it won't be a fun car to drive in the mountains but it is..the car doesn't understeer at speeds as it's equipped with XDS+ system, which at corners transfers more torque to the outer wheel and brakes the inner one thus mitigating understeer. In my opinion worth every penny and is rock solid even speed upwards of 200.

bannajirocks Nope bro Honda Accord is worthless now for its price even the A4 n A3 n CLA ,3 series have useless rear seat ! So only option left is the Superb ! Which is has more space then the E class and A6 ! let me put it this way - If you buy a Skoda for 35 Lakh the early maintenance n Service cost will be with in 1.20 Lakh where as even if you buy the cramped A3 or the 3 series which no doubt will give you badge value and good front seat comfort but you need to sell out more then 2 lakhs for maintenance and insurance !

+Slash slayer I am in the same confusion. If its high speed cruising on expressways with utmost comfort then Superb for everything else (read broken tarmac & offroading) New Endeavor. Also there is huge gap in fuel economy in both cars, while Superb can keep u happy with min. 15kmpl+, Endeavor struggles for half of it.
