If only vw group decided to put 3.0 tdi in skoda superb it would remove the A6 from the market. Shame it will never happen.
If you are on bit tight budget, superb is in the top 3
Probably one of the best cars you can buy.
i use a 1.6 tdi s spec 62 plate hatchback as a taxi and the passengers love the space and i love to drive it
Previously i own MK1 2010 2.0T Petrol model and now i just bought this 2.0 sadly there's a problem with the LCD Radio Panel. It's badly hard to get the spare parts , but overall i rate 8/10 was great 👍👍

I have had the car for 10 years now (2003 model) So gonna go for a new superb when i'm changing my old car.

Guys I need an advice please. I am in a big dilema. I love relaxing and quiet cars. My choice comes to 3 models. Citroen C5 Tourer,Skoda Superb or Volvo V70. All models are around 2010-2011,diesel engines. I am curious if someone had an experiance with this models and which engine/transmission are the best bet. We are family of 4,with 2 car seats at the back,50-50 town/motorway. Soft,quiet ride is my priority,followed by relibility of course. My heart goes to Citroen,but not sure about reliabilty of it,but love the idea of something different. Any advise much appreciated. Regards!

@@grivious31 Hey Malik. I am so sorry I have never replied to you. Someone just asked me the same question and thats how I saw your message. I went for Citroen C5 with 2.0 hdi 140hp with Hydro3+. I tested Skoda,but something was missing,too harsh for my taste. Did not have a chance to test Volvo. Citroen is nice,quiet,soft. Expected more from Hydropneumatic,but new generation is mix with soft/sporty feeling. If anything,feel free to ask. Best regards!

No it is not.Skoda has the German quality engines and interior.In my opinion,Ford Mondeo can not bead a VW Passat.Why is What Car? doing this?Its all about Ford Ford Ford.Looks like Ford is giving them huge money....
The Mondeo is marginally smaller, but so what? There's not much in it, both are huge, great family haulers. Mondeo seems a better overall product in my opinion. :)

Yeah, Modeo is nice, and I assume reliable too four the first 5 years, but I find it not as prestigious as the Skoda Superb, the Mondeo looks like it rivals the Passat more :/ it's just my opinion tho.
