I also have the check engine light on, I don't have that problem with the car, the problem with me is that the car shuts off while driving and won't start for about 1 minute, we changed the fuel filler and the gas pump, it didn't fix it, do you have any ideas?

Hi Deylan, I would check the fault codes for the error light. Also, when the issue happens, check for spark immediately to determine if the engine stops because of spark or fuel. It could be alot of causes such as immobiliser, sensor problem, bad connection, bad relay.

Had same symptoms on ours but scanner said cylinder 3 misfire. Changed the coil pack and it didn't work 😭

How about the spark plug?

The ONLY thing that light does is warn you about engine reporting an error code. Without diagnostic tool (or obvious engine miss-behavior) there is no way to tell what is wrong. Light can be on for hundreds of reasons.

Hi Jeff. That is correct. I have a video in the making for another common fault related to this light. But that time the engine is running normally when the light is on.
