What app did u use to measure the 0-100? does it need to be connected to a obd or is it gps based?

The Torque (Lite) program, downloaded from the Play Market to the phone, works through the diagnostic device-scanner ELM327 connected to the OBD connector of the car and through Bluetooth with the phone. Measure based on GPS signal.
