    More hardware goodness with the bobber drops👍 I like firetiger Hot N Tots, the smaller size on small water like that. Fish them the same way as the Arctics.

    Best way to catch them. You would like a baitcaster way better though. I used to use a spinning reel, but the baitcaster is leaps and bounds better. I just built a few sprial wrapped rods that are absolute King slayer sticks.

    We have a saying in my group. "Give them nothing, take everything!" If you plan on letting them go it is best to make it quick. You fight a fish on light line with all that drag you tired it out so much it may not spawn. Same with Steelhead.

    second time it looks like you can get one more shot on that line to get it to float at the white line instead of having black showing, makes for a more sensitive bite detecting float.

    Just personal preference, i like running lighter with skein since pieces very and some can sink the float too much

Would jigging with a spoon be suitable like in your other vids? I’m pretty new to fishing and appreciate the help!

    Yes, now that I'm thinking about it. I was only thinking about one spot i go to alot where its roughly 15 foot wide, and 90 percent is only a few inches deep, and LOADED to the gills with wood.

    Can you give any advice on where I can start in Michigan that has good access as close to Indiana as possible with actual fish lol Been all over trying to find them in the rivers and I have no luck please and thank you

    i do same technique fishing for chinook here on the west coast of Canada except its about 20-25 feet deeper and the fish are about 2 times the size of those. wondering why u horse them in and dont let them fight. u do that around here and thats a sure fire way to have your rod snapped or line snapped almost every single time. solid video tho man

    We were fishing a small tributary with logs/snags every few feet. Either pull em in or lose em in the timber. Tight lines and thanks for watching!

    @@sbsoutdooraction3055 yea that’s one thing you don’t have to worry about here is timber on the river sides. Like I said all our rivers are in canyon passes so the average depth is 20-35 feet. Some places we fish it can be like 60

    You don’t get to change the color of chrome according to where, how far up the river you are. Chrome is chrome green is green and brown is brown.

    funny you keep calling them chrome....not one of those fish are chrome,most of em look like boots.they are chrome when in the lake,but they turn fast in the crick,not hating,just stating facts,good video tho,love watching bobbers drain

    Yes all but one of those fish are pretty dirty. You’re crazy tho if you fish Michigan and don’t call the first spinner fish chrome. Shiny, silver, scales and a black back. Tight lines and thanks for watching tho🤙🏻

All the more gratification when an unskilled person wins on their own. Or it just brings back bad memories of my dad or brothers coaching me in fishing. Regardless great vid.
