Thank you so much for this. These products have made a big difference in my skin. I've tried everything from the most expensive to the least expensive products. These have definitely cleared up the acne with no breakouts. I also see a slight difference in the dark spots....Thank you

I think using a cotton pad for Toner is the best because it’s hygienic and you can see the left over oil or dirt on the cotton pad

All this time I've been thinking I was just oily now I find that I'm oily combination . Since switching from stripping products I've been using the la Roche posay hydrating cleanser and man my skin loves so I now know my skin needs hydrating products

Pick and choose what works for you queen. This helps my skin. it might not work for everybody😊. whats most important here is sunscreen.

Eliminate *ALL DAIRY* from the diet & replace with plant based or nut milk like almond or oat milk. Getting dairy out of the diet will also clear up any scalp issues. Your skin will be *flawless & crystal clear* when cow’s products are absent from the diet.
