Sad to say that PDS Teledermatology here in Davao is now F2F, they would advice you to go to there clinic na, but it's more on nakaka sguro ka talaga kasi makikita mo na yung derma mo personally but I don't know if my bayad ba di pa kasi ako naka visit. 😊♥️ They were very helpful den naman talaga lalo na sa mga preni-prescribe nila about your concern.

Always nag'aantay talaga sa vids mo po. Ask ko lang po ang niacinamide ba same sya sa retinol na may purging phase before makita ang result? Kasi I tried Dermorepubliq na niacinamide and tranexamic at Fresh bt21 moisturizer (hindi ko po sila pinagsabay) caused bumps na may whiteheads po and itchiness sa face and neck ko. I've been on my 3rd month na consistent sa Skin Care Routine ko, and I must say "Consistency is really the key". Drastic change talaga sa PIH, Sunspots and acne scars ko. Not totally nawala but manageable na siya at natatakpan na siya ng concealer unlike before. Patience is the key talaga since it's a long journey. I will continue w/ my routine at iniincorporate ko na ang retinol. Proud to say, most of my used products are your product recommendations. @@don5822 Actually, it's a retinal. Beauty of Joseon Eye Serum which is a retinal. It was recommended by Jan Angelo and my skin love it so far. Okay din sya under eyes kasi nga eye serum siya but I'm also using it all over my face. Napaka-gentle sa skin yung products ng Beauty of Joseon. Even Sunscreen nila maganda rin.

@@don5822 Retinal. A bit higher than Retinol. Retinol is the milder one because Retinol transforms into Retinal then Retinal to Retinoid like tretinoin. You can watch videos here ni Jan to be more informed kasi di din ako ganun ka-well versed. His previous videos about Retinol will help u out. Kung baguhan ka mag-retinol ka na lang muna like Good molecules or Inkey list. I'm done with retinols so I'll go for a stronger active which is a Retinal.

You should give the "Luxe Organix Cica Rescue Calming Rescue" a try. Bagay siya ipartner with Retinol products. 369 pesos for 80ml. ang cheap na niyan for 80 ml. may iba na 80 ml na moisturizer ang mahal2. if tight parin tlga budget mo, try celeteque hydration moisturizer

@@Ongiel I think din po kase, crucial sa skin care rin ang proper shaving kase po diba minsan, not proper shaving can cause skin damage rin lalo na pag nagsugat ang might cause scarring at pangingitim. I am also curious about the use of shaving cream at aftershave kung necessary po ba sila. May iba rin po na instead of shaving, they prefer plucking their facial hairs coz it's less damaging daw po. Looking forward po na magawan niyo ito ng content😊

Nagpaconsult ako dun sa online consultation tas niresitaan ako ng BPO (benzoyl peroxide) and Clindamycin Solution sa morning then Adapalene at night peroo ang nahanap ko lang is BPO Gel then Adapalene + Clindamycin Gel, do u think na pwede ko gamitin these two products at night? Mas okay na simple ung skin care routine po. Cleanse, moisturize and sunscreen sa umaga then cleanse moisturize plus skin care actives sa gabi. Or kahit wala muna actives if beginner pa lang.

Diet din, malaki tulong at epekto ng good diet. Kung puro oily kinakain mo or prutas

For exfoliation, I personally just give a leeway of 2-3 days before the trip, and for retinoids I actually don't stop using them and I'm just very diligent with my sunscreen :) Derms have different opinions on it but my derm knows I'm diligent with my sunscreen (and moisturizer at night) so they allow me to use even tret during my beach trips. Also bc every other night lang ako gumagamit ng tret! At the end of the day though it all depends on your skin type, skin sensitivity, and also which specific product & active strength you're using. Lots of different factors. Do what works for you. 🤍

Depende kung gaano karami ginagamit mo na product. If it's not two finger lengths worth of product, kunyari BB cream na may SPF pero maliit na dots lang nilalagay mo, then better to use a separate sunscreen po :)

Use a mild cleanser, preferably yung gel type. Moisturize your skin before applying the epiduo at night. Try mo muna 1-2x per week ang application ng epiduo para maka adjust yung skin mo then slowly increase to 3-4x. Make sure also to wear sunscreen before going out.

toner is optional lang po sa skincare routine, booster lang siya. most toners naman available locally are not harsh, you can find one that will suit your skin type. just make sure to avoid toners with alcohol. also sa skincare routine po three lang naman talaga need. cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen. bawal mawala ang tatlong 'yan. ☺️

Moisturizer for last step on night routine is his usual advice. Wala naman uv rays sa gabi. Hindi mo mamaximize yung effect ng sunscreen since usually every 2hrs yung application niya. But kung malaki bintana niyo and nakatapat yung araw sayo paggising, then mas cost effective if you just buy block out curtains. Mas makakamura ka pa.

D ko macontrol.pagtubo ng mga pimples ko sa mukha..careline and quickfx cleanser ko aveeno moisturizer ko tas fairyskin sunscreen ko tas oxecure mud powder...acne and oily skin ako..anong maeerecommend mo po

Yes. There is still uv rays na nakakalusot sa bintana niyo. Tho, in my case, hindi every 2 hours yung application ko since may block out curtains yung kwarto kung saan ako lagi nakatambay.

maganda talaga ung celeteque sobrang hiyang ako kahit cleeanser and moisturizer lang nila plus sunscreen gamit ko amg ganda na ng skin ko...until binago nila formulation nung 2021 kasi di ako hiyang. so if hiyang ka, ok ung celeteque
