Love these long videos! An aside...I’m questioning my entire life, now. My grandmother was from Essex (my grandfather met her during WWII when she was an ambulance driver, and “went back and got her” after the war ended), and whenever I complained about the heat she would turn on the kettle and make a pot of tea. She told me it would cool me off (inside hotter than the outside). She said it was a British thing, and that’s what tea time was for in hot UK summers. And now you’re asking that question, and I’ve told SO many people to drink hot tea in the summer, and now my life is completely up in the air. :)

Life goal: only surround yourself with people who look at you like Rhian looks at Olive Squalane.

I allowed myself a gloriously slow Saturday morning, and this video was such a treat! Had my morning smoothie and coffee just relaxing and listening to you talk all things skincare. Rhian, you're the best!

I'm glad I finally bought the Paula's Choice BHA ... it's so good. I feel like my skin looks so amazing when I use it consistently.

Me too, I've been using it for years and really notice if I abandon it for a while. I tried The Ordinary but I found that it went bad before the end of the bottle so wasn't good value given the PA is a much bigger bottle and I feel like I get better results 😊✨

Seriously, me too! I am currently using a different brand of BHA toner and I can tell a major difference. Going back to Paula’s Choice the minute I finish this bottle

Would love to watch your skincare routine with these updates. It's so relaxing to watch them (especially since you have the most beautiful voice), and we have similar skin so I enjoy learning more about the products you use.

Everything from Krave is working for me too! I loooove them. I add some hydrating oil to the water cream when my skin is dry, amazing. Love love love ❤

A BHA and balm or oil cleanser from Krave would be divine! I’ve fallen in love with a lot of their products because of your recommendations. I use Great Barrier Relief morning and night every day and my skin was never been better.

I LOVE Krave, I used to be a product junky but now I just use their whole line and add in my Paula's choice 2% at night, I cant believe I can stop throwing $$$$ at skin care companies

So good to see you have a skincare routine you really enjoy!! Definitely relating to that, I also think that having tons of hydration in your routine really helps having a good foundation for healthy skin, I noticed that as I've started paying more attention to this aspect. Some people say that it does actually make active ingredients more effective as you said (similarly to a damp sponge absorbs better than a dry sponge I guess?) Cannot wait to get Krave in the UK!!

Ps the new Derma e hydrating mist stung my skin. I had the old formula, loved it, and when I was running low, reordered, and the new formula (different bottle) stung me. Not ordering again. Such a bummer!

Omg ok have you tried the Paula’s choice body lotions??? There’s an AHA one a BHA one and a retinol one I use all 3 in a rotation and it’s helped the KP on my arms like no other!!!!!!!!!!

If you ever have products in future like that you can totally use them up by layering them under an oil or other thicker product!

I've found my way to hyaluronic products, and my skin is a lot happier too. I've been curious about Fourth Ray products - Thank you for the review! You've given me tons of ideas on how to improve my skincare, and you reminded me of how much I want to try Osea.

I highly recommend the PC 10% AHA body lotion for any body texture (especially KP and for feet). It is very good as a weekly maintenance treatment

Your comment on the Bite Beauty agave lip balm is spot on. It’s a great balm, but you have to be careful with it in public, because it looks like a good time for one player. *wink wink* Thank you for the empties reviews, they’re very helpful. Aw thank you! The Milk one is MUCH richer than the Krave one. Both are awesome but i would probably just use the Milk one at night or in the winter and Krave more often since i'm naturally oily. Hope this helps! x

To verify when to mix and not to mix ingredients (i.e. Vit-C not with Retinol, what to or not to use with acids, etc) check out Cassandra Bankson's channel. She's a licensed Esthetician and is really good with the science behind what can be used at the same time, what will react if mixed, and what will cancel each other out. She's amazing on the scientific specifics. Check her out!

This is off topic but I feel you would totally understand this. I just ordered cbd oil from Amazon, bc I don't know which one to order this is my first time trying it, and IT'S NOT CBD OIL, IT'S HEMP SEED OIL! So frustrated atm. I didn't even know there was a difference, apparently you can still use it for anxiety so I'm going to try it but I'm going to get real cbd in the future, just ugh. Thanks for listening lol.

It does still contain CBD so it should work for what you're looking for. Many CBD oils are derived from hemp! I hope it still works, otherwise if you have a dispensary near you, you could ask them for recommendations!

One of the biggest scams of 2020 is that you are not sponsored by Krave and Paula's choice. You make so much promo for them and they don't send you stuff, crazy lol. I didn't even care about Krave but you talked so much about it that I started looking for them in my country and on options for ordering from other countries

With Paula's Choice i can use affiliate links and they send me things once in a blue moon but with Krave i think i've bought more than i've ever been sent and theres no affiliate program i know of. Truly just LOVE their products but maybe in future :) Thanks again!

No toners or chemical exfoliants - my skin doesn’t like them. Less is more for me so I keep it super simple. I use a handmade soap and/or the OCM (olive oil) daily, once or twice a month a homemade sugar scrub, and organic Argan oil as a base moisturizer topped off with Andalou moisturizer. Then rosewater throughout the day as a hydrating mist (as well as aromatherapy for my anxiety 😉 ). Oh yeah - spf before makeup.

Could it be that I’m 1st?🤔

Well, I'm out of luck. I dont have a face.
