Day 1- ghee, micro fiber towel, salad, healthy food Cleansing- besan 1 tsp and add 1 tsp milk...apply this paste on face for 2 minutes, spray gulab jal then massage adn rinse off...spray gulab jal and apply moisturiser and sunscreen
