Hey Ronnix. Thanks for all the tutorials. You've taken my retouching game to another level. Please, while subtracting the colour layer from the texture, if one keeps offset at 128 while subtracting, on a 16 bit image, would it have any negative effect? I noticed you switched to 'add', offset = 0 and then invert while working with 16 bit. Thanks in anticipation.

the high frequency preserves all the details of the texture; you can work on it but it could end up with an akward result ( too smooth ). thet's the reason why we use patch tool before using FS, so you can remove some unwanted or disgraceful details. but you had to be careful you can change dramatically the major characteristics of a person
