Amazing video. My kids are getting privately education at home. I don't even call it Homeschooling anymore. And I'm using Zeeshan Usmani's KG and Grade 1 curriculum and waiting for grade 2 book. And I'm also following Azad Bhai's curriculum my kids are learning practical skills like planting and we have hens and goats. So basically its a natural process of learning. Alhumdulillah! May ALLAH swt help all those who are struggling to serve the humanity May ALLAH be pleased with them and ease their all affairs. Ameen sum Ameen!

My son is in 9th class. He is certified pen tester from Hack the Box. He goes to cyber Security Lab from 9 am to 2 pm. And then go to academy from 4 to 8 pm. He follows skills as principal menu and formal education from academy side by side. My point of view is formal education/ degree with skills. I think both are important. Formal education provides you platform and improves your personality.

That depends more on the institution the student is going to. Most of the universities in Pakistan don't provide that exposure to the student which can help him in his career growth. Universities like LUMS or NUST are best in this manner that give tremendous exposure and personality growth that can help the student in any field.

@@taluq-zn read the last line, we are brainwashed to such an extent that we don't even know our capabilities anymore. Creativity, problem solving has been destroyed within us so we must only rely on this system for our survival. Whole society has been trapped(not exagerrating), people who didnt secure good grades or couldn't get a job sre only told that you should have studied more harder, this idea persists in their mind for forever that ratta or lga leta not seeing their actual deficits that they didn't go for learning any skills and it wasn't their fault either bcs this system was designed for them to only think this, only those who had access to internet saw the real world and got themselves out of the mess. These same people then force their children to study harder to have a good job bcs their world is limited to this ratta education only. By the way every company across the world now have believed that people only go to uni to have fun and posses zero skills thats why they ask for 3+ years experience. In short going to uni in this modern age is a slow suicide unless you're studying abroad.

I agree with Zeeshan Usmani, as he is a guy with authentic knowledge, experience and exposure. There is an internee in my team who learned graphic design from Chaiwala institute, He know nothing about design, no idea how to design and what to do. He only knew Photoshop basic skills in 2 months and producing even poor results, we took 6 months teaching him. First Chaiwala should correct the teachings of his institute from where he is earning alot.

They both are correct 💯. Aim same ha dono ka k pasy ksy kmaye jaye lkn tareeka different. Dono k life ko ly k alag alag experience ha. Both are highly professionals no doubt in it. But life me hr koi ak tareeky se successful naiii hota ksi k hardwork and luck ak trh se faida dti ha or dosra same method se faik hota ha. So its life try both things in order to live in Pakistan. Its my opinion.

Zeeshan bhai demonstrates a greater level of maturity and sensibility, approaching situations from a broader perspective. While Azad bhai is also correct, but his viewpoint tends to be narrower, overlooking individual needs.

Thank you Dr. Usman for emphasizing that obtaining skill-based degrees from academic institutions is critical. Azad Bhai, when we need medical care, we seek specialized doctors, so why is it surprising or uncomfortable to call PhD holders 'doctors'? Shouldn't we recognize their expertise in their fields just as we do with medical professionals? However, I am against giving an "honored PhD degree" it's so hard to get that.

Very good discussion. Our whole education system is meant to make you servant and hence job search is initiated once degree target is achieved. The real need is how to start your own business and how to provide job to other people. Any person even at CEO level should and must think that S/he is working in a business started by someone else. Yes, education to some extent is necessary to understand maths, communication skills, religious and ethical knowledge.
