I personally have been listening to skilli for a long time so ik where he's coming from to where he's at now nd with that I know his music has made a drastic shift cz he has the ability to produce Soo much better material it's as if he's growing backwards. I'm happy that he's winning all the same but he can do wayy better 🙏

This is an artist who has studied his craft and studied the business and came up with a game plan and put it into practice and it is now working for him...A lot of up and coming Jamaican artist should learn from this artists achievement..Many of them instead sitting around with mediocre songs waiting for other artist to buss them need to come up with a hit song that resonates with the ppl which will then elevate their career...Like this artist they also need to be articulate if their intention is to enter onto the world stage..this thing some of them have with I dont do interview is something that is not going to work.

how? his flow is crap, lyrics garbage (repeats nonesense statements), no street cred (barely top 10 streamed on spotify locally, 25 album sales lol) riddim carry him, his latest string of releases are hailed as fuckry, you probably need to go back to the kartel mavado era to understand the caliber of dancehall vs what you hearing now, skilli genre or trap/chop music is like a filler to dancehall. he has also not being ever hail as the man in dancehall, why? he hasnt mastered the above points like other artiste like alkaline, masicka (need to work on flow), these guys are light year better than skilli
