I'm cry this song reminds me of my mom who is very sick. I'm going to share this with her and let her know I love her and no matter what happens she will always be with me. This reminds me of my grandmother,who passed away because of heart failure. This song made me braver with my life..

This song reminds me of my Nana too. She was such a strong spirit who had so much love to give the world and no shortage of sass. She passed away a few years ago but I still miss her. I always admired her strength and spirit and because of who she was, helped me to find who I am when I was lost. I know this song is about God, but the lyrics resonate so much with my memory of her and how she still helps me even though she is no longer physically here.

Skillet, you may never read this comment, but this song brings me to tears and was the restart of my hope and faith during my difficult transition after abandonment by some of my family, and my now nearly one year old child's father. I found a temporary home for pregnant women facing crisis created in the image of God and his love for all. I was broken I was scared. All I wanted was to be a mom and during my time at the Nehemiah house, I found that God never left. He called me Brave, and said His words through my friends and extended family. And now I'm in that same transition again, but as a close friend of mine reminded, I'm continuing upwards on a positive path even though I feel like I'm spiraling down at times. This song reminds me I am NOT alone. I am created brave and strong in HIS image, I am LOVED. And He has a path for me that He knows I can face and to put all my faith and trust in Him. Thank you Skillet! You guys are awesome 😇

He just graduated high school and enlisted in the Army. He is at bootcamp at the moment and called me for the 1st time yesterday after not hearing from him in over a month. He was crying because he missed home so much but the one thing he asked me for was to send him lyrics to your songs because he said your words bring him comfort and strength and encouragement! He holds on to our Heavenly Father through the lyrics in your songs and I just want to thank you for fighting the good fight and serving our King. Your ministry is touching the lived of countless others, I'm sure, and my son is just one testimony amongst millions.
