I use to install monier tile which and can leak. Best method is solid plywood on rafters; then felt on the plywood, 1x3 nailers on rafters left location and 1x3 nailers in the rafter nailers. Roof tiles on nailers. Should a leak occur water will run down the felt under layment freely without obstruction and not ruin the interior of the house.

第一樓房子內地面在還沒有鋪水泥之前要鋪塑膠在水泥下防潮濕！第一樓地面要做這防潮塑膠大的！如果來不及在貼磁磚之前在水泥上放塑膠再貼磁磚！二樓有鋼筋水泥不做二樓可惜啊！

看起來貴府所用的沙，磚塊都很健康，往后不必擔心壁癌的問題，在台灣蓋房子百分之一百外牆都要做防水工程！

不要用台湾的眼光看待别人，有的地方根本不会有泥石流，因为处于内陆根本不会有台风，处于高地势再大的雨也不会被淹

可能房间隔着好几个卧室吧，然后卧室如果相通隔音就不好了。还有可能就是以前小时候的老房子就是这样的，有点怀旧感

观众们让你把英语字幕加上，再把每个建房的整个过程上传，别总是传一半没下文了！你也就是盗版别人的作品，打个地域差赚钱。所以也费点儿心思加上英语字幕增加流量。最好每个视频是完整项目，否则编号补上传
