Finally a "re-booted" 80's metal band that sounds like when I first heard them in 1989! Erik is just who they needed to bring them back to life.

Somehow I missed the news that Skid Row had a new singer, I pretty much abandoned the band many years ago... now I discovered Erik and I'm fucking emotional - he truly revived the band, the first one to deliver the powerful voice we all needed! Can't wait to see them live!

Agreed, as a long time Skid Row fan I understand the importance of the collective chemistry of the original members, especially when it comes to their iconic song writing. But after watching & listening to Sebastian Bach try his hardest to replicate the studio creation of In a Darkened Room, one of my favorite songs by SK/i\Row, Erik Grönwall absolutely wipes the floor with him, never runs out of air & hit's every note effortlessly. Check out the look Dave "Snake" Sabo gives him at 1:11. All live musicians know this "look". It's that silent high five via shit eat'n grin that says you f'n nailed it bro.

First time SINCE 1996 that I want to listen again Skid row WITHOUT sebastian, looks they finally found the right vocalist, not only sings good, he has the presence and the look that really fits with Skid Row and their fans, BUT…. I think he should start his own new band..🤔

It’s pretty rare that bands who lost their classic singer find someone who is as good, if not better. It’s about damn time for Skid Row to get back in the game. I haven’t heard them sound this good in my lifetime yet, and it’s kind of exciting. Hopefully with this new guy their next album will bring the energy the first two had

Realmente um cover bom do Bach a banda virou de buteco desde a saída dele em 96!inclusive foi aqui no Brasil vms ver com um novo álbum né mas em fim desde 96 só acompanho Bach solo até hj 2023 o melhor vocal herd Rock junto com axel

Erik I wish you well on your FULL recovery. Please come back to Skid Row. You are the closest thing we have to Sebastian. If Axl , Slash and Duff can reunite and come back stronger than ever then why can’t Sab and Skid do the same ? The different is Skid Row wouldn’t be playing small joints like the are now. I've been watching vids of this guy singing for Skid Row and thought he was pretty good considering the shoes to be filled but wow, he really nailed it on this tune! Not an easy song to sing if you're going after a young Sebastian sound, but this guy came pretty close. Kuddos!

Bar a handful of people, looks like most dont have a clue about their new singer. For those who don't know but wish to care a little bit, He is Erik Gronwall, quite a well known face in the hard rock genre, and the former frontman of the famous hard rock band H.E.A.T. I guess most of 80s melodic and hard rock music lovers just decided to look no further once the grunge era took over as mainstream music which is sad in my opinion. Guys, our kind of music is still very much alive and kicking to this day. Please dont be in the wilderness, Just try to put in a little bit of effort in your search for good old rock music that we all love and I tell you, you will be be pleasantly surprised. 80s rock music never ceased. We did.

I don't like Skid Row, never did, but this kid makes me think it's almost decent. He is doing it like it's 1989. I see zero fault w him. Kind of amazing. Look at Rachel smiling at him at the head of the guitar solo. Making Rachel smile is no easy feat either!

Definitely Erik sounds just as good live as on record, but Sebastian through the magic of the recording studio sounded only good on record....he was often pitchy and off key live. I've watched vocal coach videos giving their Bach reviews and everyone of them said pitchy and off key.

Lo sigo a Erik hace casi 10 años en H.e.a.t. Él y Sebastian son de mis cantantes preferidos. Bach es Bach sin lugar a dudas. Tenía una presencia inigualable en vivo y todavía la tiene. Pero nunca cantó tan bien en vivo como Erik! No siempre daba en el tono justo, ni con la fuerza justa cuando era joven como lo hace Erik.
