@@Katipunan-KKK I personally don't think it is. This is because he said 'that thing will destroy all the titans'. Drill man lost to Titan TV Man and TTVM didn't want to kill drill titan so he was holding back. Also Dom studious mentioned after episode 26 the next 4 episodes will have a twist, reveal, threat and clock. The episode with the twist is episode 27 which means that in 28 or 29 we might see the threat or reveal of the 'counter titan'. Then in episode 30 the Clock titan will appear and stop the counter titan and save the other. IF THE counter titan was the Titan drill man then it would be kinda boring because we already know and could have easily guessed that. This is just my opinion.

@@ProfTricky3168 I dont think it will be the og scientist YET bc he got beat up and is probably under repair and G-man coming back does make more sense bc we haven't seen him in a long time and Dom Studious hinted that he was being upgraded. Also to prove this theory at the end of episode 26 we saw a file that said 'G-Man Apocalypse' indicating that G-man will soon return. HOWEVER something IMPORTANT that the clock man form the future said was "this purple lady is the leader of the toilets for now". HE said "FOR NOW" meaning that in the future she will eventually lose and there will be a new leader for the toilets but this will happen later and not anytime soon. The last theory is that the 'Counter Titan' could be a completely new entity that we have not seen thus far in Skibidi Multiverse. These are just my theories. Hope that answered your question :)
