I was lucky enough to have this footage laying around from the beginning of March of this year! Unfortunately, my PC has been sent off to get some checks and repairs done so I might be a bit slow on some of my uploads for the next 2 weeks or so! Please bear with me 🙇♀️ I will try to still stick with my normal upload schedule even if some of my videos might look a bit different!

Dumb question… how are you able to color with markers without them bleeding on the backs of the paper? Is it because they are water based and not alcohol markers? I’ve been wanting to do more spreads but havent been able to without running into this problem!

Not a dumb question! I am not sure how to explain since I don't know exactly how the make up of alcohol works BUT Alcohol markers bleed and soak through paper much easier while waterbased markers do not bleed as easily. It takes a lot more "ink" from a waterbased marker to go through paper! But the ink from alcohol markers being so fluid also allows them to blend nicely! Thicker paper or marker paper with special backings might help with the amount of bleed through with alcohol markers! While waterbased markers tend to be streaky and not able to blend that smooth without water! I think in one of Love2DrawManga's recent videos has an alcohol marker sketchbook that has a good demonstration and you might be interested in it! The title of that video should be " I’m ABANDONING My Sketchbook! 😭 Drawing Whatever the Heck I Want in My NEW Ohuhu Sketchbook!" Hope that helps a bit!🍀
