I love your sense of colour!! And it's a pretty neat idea to use the rainbow pencil and just coloured pencils to draw without using pencil or pen first!

Thank you so much 💗 I use prismacolor col-erase for sketches most often. But I also love Faber-castell polychromos 🥰

hi, when you sketch you sketch and draw in this really cool shaped and directional shading, i was wondering how do you look at the reference and figure out a direction? love ur channel 😁

Thank you so much! I tend to shade directionally across the form, rather than along the form- if that makes sense 😅 So, if I was looking at a tree trunk, I would create lines horizontally to show the cylindrical nature of the trunk rather than shading downwards. For some things it can be tricky to tell which way is "across", and in those instances I sorta just do what feels right. I hope that helps 💛 Thanks for watching!

you should do a tutorial on body figures and how to make a face match with a body. i can’t draw people for the life of me but i always want to. i love your 100 heads challenge videos, i started one myself but i feel like they just never look right!
