I actually enjoyed this. Some great noisy stuff. Still 1,000,000 times better than Pleather at least.

Sometimes, I believe - because of some really GREAT artists from Iceland - that many people are "obliged" to like ANY band from that country! Amongst good ones, Iceland also offers some really poor and non-skilled bands on the Airwaves every year. But most of those are consequently booked on big European festivals (probably also elsewhere) the same year / the year after. "A band from Iceland..." became some kind of 'seal of quality' for many. And that makes it quite easy for icelandic bands nowadays. But to me it seems, quantity outran quality some time ago. A general comment! Not necessarily a comment on the video above.

Has it gotten that bad? Being Icelandic(39 years old), I've always had trouble finding national bands I can listen to. And I finally discovered 2 over the past 6-7 years.

I love it, their music is beautiful and original! (and if you don't think so, I recommend you listen some post-punk and experimental music and come back later) ♥ ♥ ♥

kieran mitchelle Reykjavik 😊 Barring that, maybe check discogs.com. They have one proper CD I know of, entitled Húðlitað Klám, and a cassette out on the Gertruida label called Þrífðu Þetta Hland. The cassettes are very nice, all handmade. Mine has a piece of fur glued on the back and I stroke it across my cheek when I`m feeling sad...

They sell a badass glow-in-the-dark t-shirt at their shows for 30.000 ISK, but I haven't seen it anywhere online, sadly.
