Up 2-1 shields, my Skeledirge just took out a half health Spark Lanturn with a loaded Surf and a full health Rock Slide Vigoroth to win me the game. I used Skele to Legend last season but with the Incinerate buff this thing really fucks.

I decided to be a spice lord and went through the effort to completely max out to Level 50, the Rank 1 Dolliv (middle evo of Smoliv) and finally got it maxed out, and it’s doing surprisingly well

This is one of the most impressive Great League team comps I've ever seen. Playing this ensemble of off-meta mons gained me a 76% win rate running 5 full sets. Full credit to you, HSH. An absolutely incredible workhorse team. And like you said, just pray you don't catch Bink on the lead.

That play having the grass knot ready for the swampert damn, I’ve been loving cradilly so far.

Very cool team. I’m gonna try it out swapping Guzzlord (I don’t have one) with Dunsparce. I’ll prob lose to the mudbois, but it’ll make Basti more manageable. I’ve also been seeing Lanturn on almost every single team I’ve faced. Need multiple things to deal with it.

At this point I’m wondering if Skeledirge will actually need or do better with blast burn. It’s move set is already amazing

Preach. Its charge moves with the Incinerate buff make it a daunting force to be reckoned with, even in the Master League. The flaming ghost croc is a monster.

I don't think it will, i think it's gonna run like Medicham where doesn't run Dynamic punch since it doesn't need extra fighting damage so it uses it's secondary stab and a coverage move. Skeledirge will most likely run in the same way not needing the extra fire damage thanks to Incinerate's massive damage and being better to use it's second stab with Shadow Ball and coverage with Disarming Voice

You don't mess with the DIRGE. Salazzle got buffed as well and I can't wait to use my XL in the Ultra League when it comes back

I run a Cradily team in UL which got a 15-0 run last season, and the opponent would always switch their Skeledirge into it, which was super annoying. Guess I can look forward to the same thing this season 💀

I love running Skel, got a lot of RPS teams tho. Lead into wayyy too many water types plus a few Umbreons.

ive been running cradily since the start of the new season. im so happy its viable again as its so deadly with an energy lead or with a 2 shield advantage

I used my rank 1 Skeledirge in Ultra a lot last season and was absolutely loving it. Haven't built one for Great League yet, but that incinerate buff is really making me want to.

Tbh EINÄSCHERN feels kinda broken now, each fast move hits basically as hard as a charge move, its weird, the choice they made Breaking swipe gave zero debuffs when i used it lol

Earlier incinerate was a shadow claw clone with every stat being 2.5 times multiplied But now with this attack buff, incinerate is definitely the best fast attack

Once he gets his signature move he will be lit 🔥

OGL is basically element cup right now. All I'm seeing is water, fire, grass. I only saw 1 Medicham in all my sets.

This season looks somewhat promising. Really don’t like the breaking swipe nerf, as I did a lot of mega Rayquaza raids to get xl candy to use it in ML. Guess I can build it for raids, but still that’s one less legendary I can use now in ML. Thanks niantic 🙏

People will complain about Incinerate’s increased power and say it’s OP now, but as the only 5-turn fast move in the game, it *needs* to be the best DPT/EPT combo considering what all is sacrificed with how clumsy the move is.

I absolutely cannot wait to use my Skeledirge in the Ultra League!!! That’s my favorite Pokémon to run. Nice video!

Skeledirge roasting everything that does not resist Fire. Also seems like running a Fire type or Incinerate user, most of your team will usually 90% consist of a Grass type/Grass move coverage and then a choice of Water for the standard RPS team but makes you weaker to dragon. Azumarill can be a good alternate water option to make sure you don't get hard countered by Dragon but it will make pokemons like Lanturn a bigger threat or other Sub-Water type users like mudboy/tentacruel or toxapex or Skarmory (if your fire type is down) as threats. Still just the season is still new so good ways to experiment what pokemon is good with another.

Part of what I like about skeledirge is that it is less rps than talon. It can win 0s vs non hydro pump azu, and overall has better coverage. Talon is a better sweeper, but man I love dirge

How is it possible to face two cradilys when you have it yourself on the team. Never faces cradily. Strange.

I prefer the bulk of the regular dily, to be honest. Instead of guzz could run shadow dragonair maybe. Glassier but still beats lanturn

Shadow Typhlosion and Chandelure looking to feast this season. Sadly Chandelure cannot take any hits at all but on a pokemon like Salazzle which can just debuff your defense it makes up more than good for the job!

Talon is slightly stronger, but I prefer skeledirge, as it has far superior coverage to talonflame
