Never like the logo, but it's not ugly at all, pretty clean design, i prefer this than those colorful shoes in the background.

I'm actually a fan of their hyperburst tech. I've got a pair of razor+ and a pair of go run ride 8s. They're super comfy and the shoes hold up well. Skechers is kinda like the Hyundai of the shoe world. They used to be pretty meh but, they've come a long way and have pretty good offerings. However, they're still unable to shake that reputation sometimes. Their Go Run line is pretty impressive and sometimes they come in cool patterns and colorways. People are definitely sleeping on some of their offerings.

My problem with Skechers is the comfort never lasts, I had one pair that lost all cushioning within 2 weeks, another pair lasted a month,I won't buy Skechers again

Agree I am in Hong Kong and is almost buying two pairs right now but I am a Cheap bastard so I wait one week and think about it 1299 hkd for one and 1980hkd for 2 a good discount on second pair..

Take the S away and the silhouette isn't all that bad. If they ever put a bit more effort into how the logo was integrated into the design of their shoes they might not look as bad as they do.

Same with their tracksuits. They ruin perfectly made tracksuits by printing their name is huge gold letter's across a leg. It cheapens the wearer of the outfit. They are taking liberties with their costomers by imposing the printing of their logo on a beautiful made suit and then to ruin it with that logo. They make the customers believe that this is cool and trendy. I squirm when I see young guy's wearing these leggings and thinking the business. In fact people are judging them because of these tracksuits. That's hard to believe but true. Many of these brand's get really greedy. They screw the youth because they know the buy the gear because most are earning their not waiting for mummy and daddy to buy their trainer's in Penny's. No high street for them, it's logo or nothing. Where do you think that bread is coming from. 2,3,4,5, hundred a pop. These manufacturers know know how people think and operate. They have masters in everything, they rule the world. I've gotten sidetracked I was only going to say a cupple of word's 😴🤣

I have 2 pair of Sketchers both super comfortable especially the Goodyear soles

I love sketchers. So does everyone I know who owns one. So comfy and stylish.

Their gorun series is probably the best sneaker ive put on my foot comfort wise. Ive had a pair of the max cushion ones for a few years walking around 10+ miles a day in them and they held up insanely well and never really lost any of that comfort. New balance fresh foam more as well, right up there with it. I dont think id reccommend another shoe over either of those especially since theyre the only ones that sell 4E (Extra wide). My foot is wide as hell and 90% of standard sizes other brands use absolutely squish my foot. Only New balance, Puma and Skechers seem to have better standard widths than Nike and Adidas, many other similar brands.

Did they just rebrand Shape-Ups? I remember owning a pair back in the day and these look very similar... They were comfy as hell, like walking on pillows

Have you tried the Adidas ZNChill yet? They have lightmotion+ in them and I’m curious how that stacks up to lightstrike and other cushioning tech out there.

I haven’t tried any of the walking shoes, but have been wearing Skechers Performance shoes the last few years. I currently have the Go Run Ride 11’s in my rotation. Very good shoes.

Regardless of their look, I have been a huge fan of their GoWalk series and their Performance running shoes. This one seems to be another one worth checking out, just a bit hesitate of the heavy weight Thanks

Very cool review, He's!! Glad that you tried some Sketchers!! You inspired me to give them a try a year or two ago (Go Runs!) and IF you guys are open to trying Li Ning, OC, and other obscure labels, why be ashamed of giving these a try?!? You MIGHT be surprised!

I don't know how this compares to the Sketchers go walk ultra. But those are the most comfortable shoes I've ever used. They are also slip on shoes which is great as long as you're not gonna run on them.

I've tried these on and they're hella comfy !! Felt so plush and soft on my feet.. I'm 40+ and been using 1080v12 as my daily beater.. but these skechers in terms of comfy is up there with nb's.. Definitely will cop these for the comfyness of my daily walking..

Im 53 and went to the Skechers outlet store because I was interested in their Slip-In shoes. They only had one (!) model I was interested in however the colorway is only at Nordstrom. That being said, I could not find another pair that was cool looking and functional IMO. Glad to hear that your reservations about that "S" are not just my baggage about the design and rep. LOL. I work in a hospital with casual everyday wear - I just bought some sale Cole Haan athletic/leisure shoes that are comfy and better looking. I wont count Skechers out but its always slim pickin's when I look at their stuff online and in the stores. They often look like shoes sold in the stalls if you visit HongKong or China LoL.

Just bought them after watching your vid. What the heck they are comfortable AF! I also got them for around $55. Thanks for your recommendation!

Goodyear addition is good… because normally all Skechers are very slippery.. so finally they added something to help on that

I love Skechers those are my favorites

I am 50+ yrs old (almost becoming a grandpa lol) & have been using 2 pairs of Skechers for years and I love them. They are all-black older models with laceless, one for casual walk and the other for more formal with upper leather finish. The Good Year sole is average but useful for slippery surfaces. Recently I bought Adidas Ultraboost Light in all-black & I love the mid arc support as well as the bounce tech for people at my age thanks to your reviews.

@@MadLadsAnonymous I think the Ultraboost Light is more responsive than squishy although the shoes are good for daily use of walking and standing.

Never thought I would see Sketchers with a $150 pricepoint. But it looks pretty decent.

Does it have water repellent?

Have you tried any Altras? They are huge here in Utah

How wide on these? I don't understand how so many sneakers have a tapered toe box, especially walkers. Even ones with specs that say wide, 2x.

Once I used a Skechers Go walk 3 for 2years what a sneaker the comfortness of shoe air cushion technology lightweight in a word it’s awesome at least I can guarantee they are very good at walking shoes which is nightmare for adidas

I would say Skechers shoe is a great brand for track&field/walking! Russian guys like skechers shoes. Besides new balance shoes, try them in sports.

I don't hate these but for the price I'll get something else. That's the problem with Skechers the price is too high and at I'm guessing at 140 bucks you can easily find something on sale. Plus only like Macy's sells these so you really have to look for them

Ditched Crocs for hyper Skechers, much softer and interesting. Crocs mellows are firm compare hyper burst Skechers slides

I don’t have an issue about the logo, for me as long as it is lightweight, comfortable and easy to wear that is okay for me.

These appear to be a less expensive copy of the Keen WK400 (and now the WK450).

Skechers Performance is a victim of its own reputation. Had Skechers (Mother company) not rip-off other brands before, then Skechers Performance would've taken off and probably give some of the major running brands a run for their money.

The problem with Sketchers is that the assortment differs from country to country. So does this shoe which is not available in many countries. Also, a model is only in stock for a very short time ...

Skechers are actually what got me into sneakers. If they had some more colorways of these I might buy them, but this one is just too plain looking.

can you review the Skechers Uno?

Hello, I'm usually 7.5UK/8UK. 41.5/42. I have bought Skechers Go Walk Outdoor collection in Size 41 because I knew they were big, on label says 8UK, 11US. And they were massive. I have ordered a Size 40, 7UK, 10US and I still don't know if I should keep them. My normal shoes are 9US/8UK. So I'm very confused with the Skechers size. Might go on a walk and see if they would be okay if not I will return both of them. Anyone else is having issues with their sizes?

Maybe you buy men size. You should buy women size. They have different measurement between UK8 in man size vs UK8 in women size

@@eleninthehouse I actually bought a couple of pairs mens model and they were small lol so Im guessing mens model sizes are standard. And womens sizes are from another planet because even the size 40 was big when I'm usually 42 😂

Naw, a lot of the new foams are able to be exposed and hold up for the typical life of a running shoes. The main issue is it'll look beat, but be usable the whole time, some nikes had the same thing, and new balance does it with a lot of their nitrogen infused foam, fuelcell.
