I used to figure skate competitively but I stopped because I got really frustrated and now 4 years later I’m 14 and I feel like it’s too late to achieve my goals in skating and I’m scared to start again because I’ve put on some weight and I feel like I’ll be judged because I’m a tall black male trying to figure skate.😢 I just found your channel like 4 minutes ago though and it’s inspiring me a lot! 🎉

Oh no! Yeah I know how frustrated you can be with this sport truly. But you know what it’s so normal to be scared and there is absolutely no shame to that no matter how you look, no matter what you’re doing do it. Take your time, steps by steps no rush and i’m sure you will be back on ice❤️✊🏾

I’m probably in my 10th season if i’m not mistaken
