Skating at an "80's Skatepark" (stay towards the end)
I left two skateparks this weekend, frustrated at the conditions and found this gem! It reminded me of back when there were no skateparks and you had to find places like this!

Awesome Get a Way Spot! This does remind me of the olden days of skateboarding back when the only skatepark was (houston skatepark) 30 miles away on the other side of town..1988-1992 time frame. Back then we would check for spots all over the neighborhood just like you did!! Awesome frontside and backside kick turns brotha!! looking forward to future Content!! 🤘💯🤘

@@skater_scott it's cool, i like the shape. i'm working my way back towards popsicles slowly, but have been riding shaped decks since i started again. i really like those coffin and dane1 shapes where the widest part is at the front trucks with big noses and square tails. i grew up skating mid 90s, but had older vhs tapes from late 80s/early 90s and i think that's where my love for shaped decks comes from. wide deck, big trucks, and large soft wheels i really feel like you can go anywhere. that's a good ditch.
