The sound of those ITBs were so soothing I nearly fell asleep in my chair. 10/10 would make a 10hr video of.

Wow the confidence you show in the rain is impressive. That was some great lapping! Also that track almost runs like a togue, it's so cool!

Mate that looks proper scary in the wet! Cadwell need big balls in the dry and you kept that pretty clean, did well to work up the speed. I noticed how you steadily pushed more as you got through the laps especially that uphill chicane, that section is nuts!

Only 1 wiper blade for that sweet weight savings and drag reduction!

With the amount of wet racing you have done by now (feel like 80% of all your irl racing vids I watch are in the rain), you must be really comfortable with it. The car looks miles improved from what it was in the beginning.

Thank you so much for posting this! Really awesome to watch. I still feel Cadwell is the most fun track in the UK (such a try-hard opinion I know lol). Watching you drive it in the Mazda on a rainy day!..... Awesome!

For me, Oulton and Brands share the top spot but Cadwell and Knockhill both come a close 2nd. Obviously I love Silverstone, but I'm not the biggest fan of the Village section, though the grandstand there is one of the best spectating spots in the country. You can see cars go through Maggots and Becketts on your left, and then infront and to your right you see cars going through the Village complex and then down the Wellington Straight. Sitting there drinking a beer and watching the cars when the sun is setting for something like WEC or Britcar is just awesome.

It's super impressive that despite being busy driving in the rain at speed you have time to keep checking up on the oven timer. I bet that roast came out tasting great!

Yes, there's nothing quite like an ITB MX5! Hoping to do Cadwell Park this year at some point in my one. Should be good fun!

I think the worse part of doing Cadwell in the wet is the track is even narrower since you can't use the curbs. Halls bends looks so much tighter when you can't use the curb. I know you have plenty of wet weather driving experience but to go that fast in your first lap of cadwell in the wet was pretty impressive.

Laziness really. I wear the hans because of the harness. Wearing a harness without one is a good way to have a neck injury.
