Lived in SG for 3.5yrs and the East Coast Skatepark was great with a crazy vert bowl and the park across from 313 on Orchard rd was also a sweet spot.

@Theskatenomad welcome if you go to Taiwan I also know of a sweet spot and in Japan as I always travel around Asia for work. The Sommerset skatepark is behind 313 next ro the MRT then if you go left there is a sweet basic spot with a fee rails and ramps behind the Mandarin Orchard also visit AL Capones for some of the cheapest beer around.

​@@Theskatenomad 313 have more ppl. East coast and this area too out of the way. Unlike the west. Where people own cars and drive to skateparks. Most skaters are teens/fresh adults. Older adults are few.

@@Theskatenomad haha do take note there is MANY cheaper options in the hawker center. ( Where most locals eat ) they are everywhere and you can simply ask the locals where. there is another skate park at east cast too

Should try on the weekend. There's another skate park on the east coast of Singapore. Beside the beach. In the 90s there's no real skatepark for us. We just skate anywhere till the cops arrive.

Sad to say but most sg skaters will tend to stop skating around 23 to 30s . Due to living in a fast phase environments. Working 12 hrs shift . Coming back to work during off days is normal here. So its hard to find time

I think in SG i notice it comes two waves.. Once you kenna NS (national Service) and secondly once you really start you career, BTO marriage life. etc. but i have notice some older guys coming back. But yeah you right from what i see my friends/family in Sg is that work stress.

I live in Singapore and i would love to skate with you at somerset skatepark in Sg. I recently started watching your videos and was intrigued when i learnt about the countries you travelled to and the friends you made along the way. Singaporean seem to skate better. They're more technical and objective. Malaysian more laidback fluid style but also a lot of errors.
