In fact, corporations have been involved in skating since the start.

We all skate... we all love skating. If some kid in butt fuck Iowa wants a board, but the closest "local" shop is a four hour drive away... who gives a fuck if he orders his shit online or not? How does that hurt the scene at all? Now skateboarding just moved to butt fuck Iowa.
