Honestly, I'd say this is a Under Laser Flip. The way Chris Chann does his Late Flips (He pushes, taps, or whatevers, on the upper side) would make this a Late Laser Flip. But this guy goes under the board.

@@danielstone9978 not trying to brag or anything, I learned this in like 30 mins, and I freaked out. It's something you need to learn, I recommend learning late shove first, then do half a heelflip and do a scissor kick

Very elegant trick. Most of the time some tricks like Laser flip, Inward Heelflip, or Double Hard Flips looks awkward if you look to the silhouette of the legs or if not, the skate looks disconnected from the skater doing some spinning far away from the feet of the skater.

I think you could do something incredible with your skills in slow motion skate photography. If you posted basic/advanced flip tricks (kickflip, 360 flip etc.) that could revolutionize skating by teaching skaters how to perfect and learn. A trick tip video is lame and doesn't SHOW the skater how to do the tricks. Watching the foot placement/timing in slow motion is a asset to learning a new flip trick. The skate community be forever changed if you shared that sort of knowledge.

There's a lot of slow motion footage though. I like the slow motion POV's. I used to think Kickflips, 3 Pops and 3 Flips were hard, but now I realize they're pretty easy. They're just hard to get consistent.

Landed this 7 yrs ago while skating a fire station parking lot...was still real hype about Rodney's part in Round 3 and slung this shit around at random trying heelfip variations. I remember saying, "Next time I land it Im naming it." Sadly I set it free and it never came back so I guess it wasn't mine.

The back foot should be on the grip side of the board kicking away and downwards slightly not wrapping the tail of the board to make it lazer. You can understand the difference when you practice Late fs shuvs for example

It's a frontside 360 back foot under flip.

This is an under lazer. A late lazer is where you kick with your back foot above the board
