This was my most tech trick back in the day when I skated. I'm 43 years old last time I skated heavy was...... when I was 27 sooo 16 years ago...I'm having a mid-life crisis so I went out and bought a skateboard. Lol. My goal for the end of summer is to land a bigflip... nothing crazy just flat ground. Today will be my first day on a skateboard in 16 years. Wish me luck..

38 and I sometimes wonder if my muscle memory is still there. Last time I really skateboarded was like 16 or 17.

@AndresSK84life well if you wanna break it down it'd actually be a 360 flip with a body follow, for a body varial you have to rotate your body in the opposite direction of the board's spin...

well yea but think abut it tricks are named by what the board does and what the body does. a 180 would be your body doing a 180 and the board also, so for a "backside 180 tre flip" the board would actually go 540 degrees while your body went 180 which is just called a 540 big flip or bigger flip lol

i dont think so, im pretty sure its just when you land in the opposite stance. i mean, look at a regular bigspin. you spin with the board but you land in the other stance.

@Foley0000 but for it to have an extra 180 wouldnt the board also have to rotate an extra 180? I would think for it to be a tre flip 180 youd have to rotate 180 and the board would rotate 540 with a kickflip. Meh, who cares lol
