penny boards don’t ride smooth. it’s just the wheels. swap out the wheels on a skateboard and you get a cruiser board

I like scooters because it's easier doing tricks and dropping in and riding vs a skateboard. I didn't know what snaking was honestly until I kept getting it done to me by a kid on a bike. It's prettttyyy hard for me to snake someone that's on a skateboard. For one I don't wanna fall and fuck myself up, vice versa, and also because it's not a trick so why am I doing it?😂 Edit-grammar

Something I learned from my skateboard, especially because I like to ride around my neighborhood, is that it gets caught in sidewalk cracks very easily. It also is a lot more accident prone in a neighborhood or street than in a skatepark. Also, it is a lot harder the cruise on it than a longboard and you have to use a lot more energy on pushing and gaining inertia than the penny board and longboard.

Scooter- pros: pebbles are rarely effective, hella fast, hella fun, and can be steezy asf. Cons: posers assume your gay or a snake, constant hate. Penny board- Pros: quickish. Cons: can’t call yourself a skater, can’t do tricks, no foot room. Boards- Pros: hella fun, hella steezy, hella respect, USUALLY a good community. Cons- pebbles, not very fast, boards break fast, water logging

sorry i made this a long time ago and i have used my penny board way more and its really fun, i still dont scooter, but my friend has shown me that they arent the worst thing ever and that there is some pretty cool stuff you can do. i would say that about 30% of the people i meet at a skatepark are really annoying. most of them are little kids on their scooters which i think i was referring to as snakes.

Scooters deserve allot more attention, They are levelled the same as skateboards.

almost 2 years later update lol: i was a dumb 13 year old so i had no idea how stuff was lol. NEW OPINION! pennyboards are sick for cruising and im learning how to ollie one! (i like mine for cruising and going to the shops) scooter: good for people trying to get into extreme sport and also has some mad pros doing mental stuff. (still have never ridden a scooter lol) skateboard: not the best for cruising, good for tricks and harder to begin with. hurts. a lot. (my favourite because ive been doing it the longest) longboard: idk much except you can drift them (idk) bmx: youve got balls ngl. mad respect. (trying to learn tricks and stalls) mtb: i prefer bmx but its fun with suspension and more in the woods rather than parks. (just got into it!)

Skateboard! Peni board looks like shit and doesn’t have a tilted nose. And scooter is too easy (and is very stereotyped)
