In the outskirts of Reedley and Parlier. The winery in the video is "O'Neill Vintners & Distillers" O8418 S Lac Jac Ave, Parlier, CA 93648

@@Hedgehog559 must be a post office/mailing address thing. Parlier is 3 miles West of the winery. The place was originally called Mt. Tivy winery, also Christian Brothers Winery, and it has changed ownership over the years, currently O'Neill . Espee operated the sidings inside the facility, and Santa Fe served a pair of tracks along the building's south wall bays.
