Hi.. i just wanna ask why my SJ6 Legend does not have volume adjustment? Then the internal mic does not seem to work properly cannot record audio even mic setting is turned on. Hope you can give answer. TIA!

I think the Dragon Touch view 3 has a better picture but the touch screen is a nice touch "pun intended"...lol.. As usual though, great video.

Hey, does the camera have autofocus? If yes, is autofocus turned off in "car mode" and is camera focused to infinity in tis case? Now I have cam with autofocus and in rainy weather I see only raindrops on my windshield, so it is useless for me. But this cam looks good for the price.

I have the sj8 pro. its good, but not that stable at times. Also,\ it is important to note that most of the time the reviewers show samples in good daylight, not in cloudy situations or indoors.

These days I think image stabilization is an essential feature. I guess they were trying to create a low cost offering, but I think most discerning buyers of action cams wouldn't consider this one. Good review though.

You could get something like the Akaso v50x or Akaso Brave 6 Plus and an external microphone

@@RedskullPro I could indeed but wanted to avoid any extra wires. I may just go with the SJ8. I don't need to move around much. The cam would be clamped and with very little movement so perhaps the image stabilisation won't prove to be too much of an issue.

you will see that this one does pretty decent at night...but no EIS...

so...I don't know...personally I wouldn't use the night time footage from any of them. The sensors are just too small to get enough light

The Firefly 8SE would be a bit better but not that much better... but you would get real 4K recordings.

Grab the Sj8 pro from gearbest, it is currently on sale and comes under 100 bucks... Works decent in low light.

the pipes are in the ground and insulated... :) as for the little waterfall, will probably freeze in a couple of days...it's supposed to be -40

I saw a review with video samples, EIS on vision 4 has no effect on video stability. Also 4k 30 fps is more like 24 fps

@@wheeliebars You're right, it could be the upload quality, and sample footage was too short. For same price range, I suggest Campark X20, vid quality good for day and night (iso 100-1600) and mic performance good, battery life good. Touch screen too, with remote.

You can see a lot of artifacts on moving objects - on your lips when you talked to the camera and on the water ...
