OG is perfect for this team. You say 5-6 and I say 1, or 2. Paul George is 34 and will command 3-4 year supermax with serious health questions and mid defense.

@@sharifshabazz834 Correct, but they were still willing to offer Jimmy a 4 yr Max. He said NO because he didn't like the situation with BB and BS. If no BS and another head coach, things would have been different. Of course in retrospect, Elton Brand wishes they had traded BS and fired BB a year earlier. Brand was also influenced by people in ownership who had a big say.

i’m not saying it’s going to happen because i know we’d probably not have enough money for this to go through but my absolute dream scenario is the sixers signing paul george andre drummond and malik monk, sign and trade deanthony melton for gary trent, trade 2 firsts for alex caruso and extend kelly oubre cam payne and tyrese maxey. money probably wouldn’t work though

The Sixers are signing Matt Geiger and Steve Mix to super maxes

Give me OG and klay which klay won’t ever be sixer but I think that would be a very formidable lineup

Klay and Harden are gong to be big losers in the new CBA. Both will get much smaller contracts than they expect.

Give up on OG. His agent is the Knicks POBO son. It would be a nightmare scenario to prepare for free agency only to find that LAC and NYK countered offers and Morey ended up empty handed. By then it would already be too late to acquire certain players including probably re-sign Oubre, who will demand about 50 M over 4 yrs.

Hell no to Lebron and George!

Don't want PG either. The rest of team 4-12 would be worse than this past season. PJ will take less to stay in LA with Kawhi. He's content to never win a championship. Don't need to discuss LeBron. If LAL gets JJ as coach and LAL drafts Bronny with #55 pic, LBJ is will opt out and sign a 3 yr contract with a no-trade clause. Signing Miles Bridges will save about 34 M to use elsewhere and over the next 4 yrs Bridges may even be better and more available. 7.3 rebounds per game, Sixers will have someone ideal next to Embiid.

Now the star hunter wants to give the often injured OG Anunoby the bank, the stupidly of the sixers continues if that is true.

OG is not going to get 212 million my man he will get 100 but not 200 and you can back load that contract with an option year and still have some cap space your not paying OG 49 million a year

Knicks are prepared to pay 35 M x 5 yrs with 8% increases comes to 205 M If Morey makes a Max offer of 42.3 M x 4 yrs with 5% increases (179.65 total), Knicks will go higher. Knicks will not lose OG and Morey should know that. Morey could just try to force Knicks to pay more, to limit their flexibility.

OG wanted near max money. He good but not that good to take all the cap space. If KNICKS give him 35 Million God Bless them and it takes them out of the running for other free agents

Knicks are not a cap space team. Only a handful of playoff teams will have space. Knicks will probably use the 5.3 M Taxpayer MLE and that would hardcap them at the 2nd Apron. Knicks will be losing talent, just to stay around the 1st Apron, as a result of re-signing OG and Hartenstein. Knicks will have to forfeit Bojan Bogdanovic (they will try to trade him to a team with space) but that might not happen. They may lose Burks and they could lose Achiuwa in free agency if he signs a big offer sheet elsewhere. Ideally, the Knicks want to trade Julius Randle with pics for their final piece, but I don't see that happening now.

Get LeBron OG and Alex Caruso and I’m bought back in, don’t think Paul George is the answer

I want no parts of OG Anunoby. He played wonderful defense for the Knicks when available however if I'm giving someone a Max contract then I need them to deliver on both sides of the ball. He is just way too lackluster on offense. Bringing him in would be a HUGE MISTAKE.
