Most important thing about Michael, is that his sabotage wouldn't have worked if Ralph had his quality control down.

Funniest one was from Season 8. Vinny is a Matire D and he *HIGHLY* recommended that his customers not order sides because Raj is cooking them

That last one was genius. It actually inspired Gordon from Season 2 onwards to do this sorta test to make sure all food is there at the pass + seasoned if it required any

Sabrina’s sabotage in the first ep sticks out the most to me, where she literally brings up the steaks ready to go w/o anything else ready to go with it, expecting Gordon to give her brownie points for it

Honestly, the Season 1 sabotage done by Mihcael against Ralph is the best because it inspired Ramsay to continue that sabotage for the final chefs every season when it comes to running the pass.

Fact: In the same episode of Sara sabotaging Virginia for childish reason, it was also the first time ever where both of the team lost dinner service and Ramsay named them joint losers. Imagine sabotaging your teammate so bad, you create a history but for wrong reason!

Poor Virginia. She's getting yelled at and Sara is all smirks and giggles

I feel bad for Gail... she was the most mature on that team by a mile. I know they all end up getting along pretty well but I believe Gail needed so All Star treatment.

A similar one from Michelle on Season 17 that could arguably be included was when she made Manda (who has celiac disease) send undercooked pasta up. The first time Michelle tasted it, she said it was fine, Manda sends it up, it’s undercooked. Manda has Michelle taste again, Michelle says it’s fine. Both Barbie and Elise then taste and BOTH say it’s raw again. Michelle says she can tell when pasta’s cooked by looking at it, so Manda should as well. That said, this HAS to feel like sabotage, at least from a few angles.

Couldn't Manda have just tasted the pasta to determine whether it was under or over? Wouldn't she only get an allergic reaction by swallowing the pasta, not just tasting it, or is it any contact with gluten?

​@@AlexParry95important note: celiac is not an allergy! It's an autoimmune disease that slowly destroys the colon if people with that disease eat gluten. It depends on the person but some can't even eat from a plate that was somehow in contact with gluten, or can't eat stuff that was cooked in the same pan as something with gluten. As much as Zach was wrong about what he did to Ray, it doesn’t change the fact that Ray was pretty much way too inconsistent during his run. Despite being sabotaged by Zach, he still couldn’t lead or take control of his own section. Overall Ray was dead weight from the beginning to the end of his run.

Maybe I can't count, but that's eight times chefs sabotaged their competition.

Might I add, sure michael sobataged but showed Ralph's weakness. Gordon saw what michael did and he didn't condone it, but after he questioned if Ralph would send out the broken fish. Instead of fixing it, he went ahead to serve it. Made him look even worse

Michael is the ultimate Hell's Kitchen winner, in my opinion. Not only did his sabotage inspire Gordan on how to test the Black jackets running the pass, but he also played his strongest competitors like a fiddle. (Getting Chris and Elsie eliminated.) All the while, being one of the only Hell's Kitchen winners to not be put up for elimination even ONCE.

Michael sabotages Ralph is still one of my fav 😅

Michelle tried to sabotage a lot of people in season 17, especially Amanda (clip not shown) when she couldn’t taste spaghetti due to a gluten intolerance

Not at all, she ended up working at Spago after the series only quitting due to the death of her father, now she mostly cooks as a volunteer in places such as food shelters. Appropriately she did mellow out and grow up.

How to prove you’re ready to lead at one of Ramseys restaurants sabotage the whole team rather than stepping up and focusing on getting your food out with no issues

Gordon definitely notices when someone is trying to sabotage eventually even if not at first.

Sara, Sebrina, and especially Carmen (from S22) were the most manipulative P0S I've seen to sabotage their way through the competition. Carmen literally cost the best chef from season 22 to lose the competition and that was Dahmere. She sabotaged the times and tried to rule everyone. She sabotaged the challenges by trying to tell everyone that their dishes "needs more salt." Dahmere said he needed 7 mins their first night in the black jackets service. She ignored him and a yelled out 5 mins. He kept telling her "no I need 7mins." This Bisshh, "🙋‍♀️FIVE MINUTES!" And Gordon acts as if he can't see these skanks trying to sabotage these other contestants. Just like when he act as if he didn't recognize Sara sabotage Virginia in this video (S2).

Sabotageing other players in a competition says so much about a person's character outside of competition. I really wanted Sara eliminated from the show after that evil little smirk she did. I remember seeing a dance competition clip, and during the dance off, one player shoved another mid-dance to make her lose balance and act like nothing happened. But the judges saw that, disqualified her, and the dancer who was pushed ended up winning.

I liked Elise. Say what you want about her but she never sabotaged and was a good chef. Michelle on the other hand was the one who would always sabotage and be annoying af. When Elise called her out she goes "I'm not gonna argue". Re watching that season, I realized what a snake Michelle is and idk why she won.
