Sitting Is The New Smoking - Doctor Explains

As you might have heard before, sitting is the new smoking. This is reffering to the growing epidemic in sedentary lifestyle.
Jus to paint the picture, more than 25% of American adults sits for more than 8 hours every day. And more than 45% of this group, does not get any exercise.
All this siting can be unhealthy. It could increase your risk for diabetes, hearth attack, stroke and premature death.
This is why it is so important to get 60-75 minutes of exercise each day. To counter the negative effects of sitting.
