Listen to your Dad girls. I have been married 40 years. We raised 4 sons. He always worked. He always hustled. Time were not easy and we struggled financially but he always worked. I was able to stay home so our children could have a mother available all the time and take care of the household. Once they were all older and in school I was able to start working. Hard time happen, the important thing is (when Dad says you need a man to be a man) is that he still takes care of the family.

I wanted to to stay home with my kids when they were little and my husband had a window washing business amd supported me and kids. After my kids were in school, my husband encouraged me to go to college. My husband is 10 years older than me and after he retired I was working full time supporting him. He did housework and cooked for me. He does all the yard work. So we took turns supported each other. We have been married 43 years happily.

This is a great inside look into the actual family of a made man. Love the idea of this and hearing a kid’s perspective who didn’t go into the business.

This was a treat to watch. I've seen this man do sit downs with alot of ppl and he has never seemed uncomfortable till this one. Also I have hope after seeing this. I too have lost my family and have noone but maybe I too will have a great big family one day God willing. Michael is truly blessed. And I see so much in him in them

I remember after Dad had heart surgery, I tried to cuddle up to him and he pushed me away with “I'm fine.” I felt hurt and rejected.

I was just now having this conversation and rebuilding a relationship with my mom today, and now I'm seeing this and it's super inspiring. Michael, even though I'm a Muslim and you're a christian, it is refreshing to hear business/life coaches talking about God and faith, family values. I've listened to far too many people in this field and religion barely ever comes up. It's why i enjoy listening to you. God & family are the two most important things always for me.

I just loved this don’t know why I just see my dad in Michael way old school 💕 just loved his children and the man is the main provider .

Truly a gentleman! What man doesn’t want the best for there daughter.

“If you had to support the guy, what do you need him for?” This is right. You can’t gravitate towards a man that is incapable of being a provider. A woman cannot respect lack of competence, skills, and capabilities. Resentment will almost always develop. Not saying you can’t have a rough patch. But you have to be able to “handle business.”
