I make my bed everyday. Ido have a quilt on the bed. No bed spreads 🙃 I like the flowers Not the black background though it does remind me of stain glass window. Have a fun trip😊

Knitting as always, brioche stitch! We girls always need more clothes.....my arms are open too! If you were my neighbors, I would never complain! As for the tower room you want, think gingerbread next Christmas! You were in New York and didn't tell me...tsk tsk tsk! I can relate to the lake swimming. My cousins would visit us in the summer from Baltimore and would turn blue in our Adirondack lakes 🤣🤣🤣. I like the black flower afghan. Black makes it pop 🍾! I love seeing the dollhouse. I like both flower versions, but the many-colored one is my favorite.

I decided I love the different colors around the flowers…easier to get rid of small amounts of scrap yarn too! 😊 I knit socks throughout the year so I have lots of leftovers and if the flowers are smaller…. I think that will look just as nice☺️💕

Thank you for another episode of the “Dead Lady’s Projects “, dahn, dahn, dahn!😅. Arne the elf has found a new Dead Lady’s Project to finish. By doing so, he saves the Dead Lady’s Reputation of Good Taste, so that she may Rest In Peace knowing that the finished product is Carlos Approved and Appreciated for a place in their home and lifestyle. Fin I think you may have a book series with that and maybe a ballet, “She Handed in Her Slippers .” In any case, I like this cross stitch because it looks like it has owl eyes and the yarn colors are nice. Plastic laminating the directions is a good idea that I think I will use.

I like the one with more colors! I mostly avoid black because it doesn’t go with anything in my house. That said, I love the one with bigger flowers and black background in your VW Bug.

Carlos’ deep breaths and Arne’s nervous laugh had me giggling. I have so many projects in progress too. I have also heard people say that someone “popped their clogs!” Instead of turning in their slippers. A little more dramatic!😂

Beautiful! I prefer the black background for unification, The lighter one looks a little too scrappy for my taste because it lacks contrast. However, I think ANY unifying background color is helpful in creating a unified look, whether dark or light, high contrast or low contrast. I just really like the scrap flowers to pop or gracefully blend into a background. Love you guys!!

I'm knitting a pair of socks with a first try at a partridge heel. Love the look of it but challenging for me. Four rows to it as opposed to a two row short row heel I've done for years. Love this podcast! I can't wait for the patterns.❤

Carlos, thanks for the reminder to finish some projects before starting a new one😊. My projects are piling up like past boyfriends without purpose or place because they are not finished. I either have a habit or am under a fashion spell. I certainly do not want to leave Dead Lady Projects or be known as the Dead Lady with Unfinished Projects!😮😂 I would think I know better because I have finished some Dead Ladies ‘ Projects for charities like knit blankets with two rows left, and making hats, scarves, shawls and wrist warmers from leftover crochet granny squares. .....well, my yarn and pattern choices are better than ones I have finished for others. Time to finish a project and let go of another boyfriend.😂
