Nighthaven is founded by another character. The fan theory is, Ela is an undercover agent infiltrating the organisation. When Zophia says Dad would be ashamed, is coded language. Their dad was a high ranking military officer, Ela is still performing as a soldier. Meaning, Zophia is saying their dad would be proud. And when Ela says you left me alone, it actually means you got my back.

The context behind this is basically Ela and Zofia were groomed to become soldiers by their military father who favoured Zofia more, causing a split between the two. When their father died, Zofia took it apon herself to uphold her father's legacy and became astranged to Ela because of their differing views on it. They both joined Rainbow (A counter terrorism program), which had annual training simulations, after the training, the leader of a mercenary group convinced Ela to leave Rainbow and work for her as a mercenary.

If you are wondering what is going on the cinematic I is about the end of team rainbow a multi national counter terrorism team the two sisters Ella and zofia have always been rivals and sometimes never seen eye to eye. Ela alongside operators Finka (cbrn),smoke (Sas) the guy who pulled of his mask , and iq (gsg9) join kali the one that says “this wasn’t supposed to be easy you know but what you are feeling it will pass in time” owns a private military company called nighthaven and in the fight scene against the sisters it was training they were shooting chalk rounds and are non lethal, and in the end of the cinimatic the ela is leaving to join nighthaven and nighthaven are no the the bad guys

Ok I explain Rainbow Six Siege military corps so many great soldiers and operators in there from a lot of different countries Zofia and Ela belong to the Siege. Also another group Nighthaven part of the siege but Nighthaven mercenaries corp. They are training sometimes end of the video zofia and ela just training. End of the training Ela give up to reach her sister and left to siege and decided to join nighthaven. My English isnt good but I tried to explain as I could.

@@darkmage6138 well i am someone who loves the lore For example Finka got her scar from Kapkan, Finka also flirts allot with Tachanka Pulse and Hibana are a couple and Echo and Ying are Exes Thermite helped developing Hibanas Kairo Launcher and a joined operation between him and Aruni let to his hands having the burns and Aruni having her Prosthetic
