So far is season 16 Meri and Janelle are both saying on camera (filmed a year or more ago) that they are consciously choosing to stay...thinking out all options and choosing to stay. Now as part of the thought process for staying in or leaving the family is they have religious ramifications and legal ramifications with TLC network. Another great example of manipulate and control for kody...negotiations for the show were started before Robyn was topic of conversation in the Brown family. Kody was not raised in a plural family, he choose the religion...it appealed to him. I believe it justified his desires for absolute control. Robyn has control issues of her own, don't get me wrong. But kody is 100% the root cause of ALL the pain and suffering every wife (except robyn) and child is dealing with. Kody is strategic, from the choice of religion to the choice of each wife. Meri, grew up in the life...she will keep the fear and stay. Janelle, she is laid back and obedient. And she converted to his religion. Christine, grew up in the life and her family has a reputation of power (Allred bloodline), he wanted that as insurance to get his celestial kingdom. Robyn, she was abused once so he saw a chance to abuse again and adopting her kids (Jessop family bloodline) was a power play. Kody played a game, and no it is ending. He exposed his family to a world with options and it back fired. People blame a lot on Robyn (and she deserves some blame) but so much of this train wreck is on kody.

Kody negotiated with TLC for Robyn to earn more than the other wives. I will boycott Sister Wives if Christine isn't making MORE than Kody and Robyn. I will not watch it. If TLC sees this...you need to pay Christine the most $$ because she is the only Sister Wife (well, ex) who matters now. Pay her what she deserves. Nobody likes Kody or Robyn.

Kody should have took his but to his daughters surgery Christine had to do it on her own plus she was also taking care of her other kids. I don’t think Kodys marriage to Robyn had anything to do with adopting her children. I just hope Mary wasn’t dumb enough to give him a divorce and not take what was owed to her being his legal wife for all those years. If you notice right after he married Robin his mask fell off.

You can't mistreat someone for years then call them dumb. The women were mentally abused. And most of the time I did not like the way he talked to Meri ! How come there isn't a show for five brothers married to one sister. How do you think that would go? And one episode I heard Cody say that if one of the sister wives ever cheated on him it would be disgusting. Then he had to retract that because you know how disgusting it is for him to be sleeping with four or five women. Give the ladies a break.Meri, Christine, and Janelle. And don't forget the children involved. If you grow up with this type of lifestyle polygamy the people believe it's the right thing to do. Children only know what they're taught and from the cradle up their taught polygamy is the right thing and allowed. I think the women should sue Cody and Robin. And most of the time what Robin was saying was not believable it was very shallow. Because once Robin married Cody she no longer wanted to live in the same house or be with the sisters she wanted her own individual house as Cody did with her. I wonder if she meant “nice” about legal marriages. I get the feeling that they don’t believe in “legal” marriages, that they consider them worldly and have contempt for them. They only do it to comply (play the game?) to the world’s rules? If so, they probably thought it was weird that Meri seemed sad getting a legal divorce. But Meri knew that was the last thread holding her and Cody together. She thought she’d earn a little credit with Cody. Nope!

If Robin has problems caring for her younger children, why don't her older children help out? Why doesn't Robin give up the nanny and restaurant dinners to help pay Ysabel's medical expenses. Isn't mutual aid and support supposedly the justification for plural marriage?

Look back to her place she lived in when she met Codi, her duplex had the absolute basic living items. A 1950 kitchen table and plastic dishes the kids were drinking out of.

The Robyn maybe his only legal wife, Kody is delusional if he thinks his otherwise can't sue him for their share of the income. I really hope Christine takes a look at her children's legal standing in regards to Kody's estate. It doesn't seem that he is on their birth certificates as their father. If that is the case they may not be able to inherit. They also need to worry about how the estate is planned, because since Robyn is the only legal wife she would inherit the entire estate. This situation is so precarious for his other three wives and he has proven over and over again that he doesn't care about them. The fact that he hasn't had an intimate relationship with Meri in 10 years is a failure on his part as a husband. The fact that he tried to force Christine into a same type of marriage shows he is a failure as a husband. A man who fails his wives repeatedly will have no problem screwing them and their children over.

Yes, she said once they were married, that things will truly be under her supervision. She stated she would inherit everything and would have to divide it. Look at the episodes around the divorce. What they should do is take him for child support, and then put in that she wants him to start a life insurance policy for the minor child.

Robyn for the most part has got her money and way of life from Kody, Meri but most of all Janelle. Only Kody and Janelle brought in a stable salary, which was then divided between the families. They were already struggling before Robyn, yet some how Robyn seems to have more than all the other wives. Christine would look after everyone's children (not just her biological), she would home school them, whilst also looking after the babies and toddler, she had more than two age ranges to take care of, BY HERSELF! - Yet somehow Robyn seems to have the most without so as lifting a finger. Kody said she was brought in to the family to pick up Christine slack (the absolute cheek of it), when in reality, Robyn really only took care of her own biological children, and even then Christine and Janelle would help her (Janelle stated she did not like how Robyn would act with her children, and that it was completely different to how she interacted with the other children in the house - where as the other wives would try very hard to treat the children equally or close too). Robyn is a brat, and it was really disgusting for her to judge Christine over her decision to divorce, especially when Robyn is divorced herself (Robyn was not married to her first husband for even half the amount that Christine was to Kody, so honestly the absolute nerve of this woman knows no bounds)! Worst of all, through the pandemic especially, she kept and encouraged Kody to stay away from his many other children, even a poor child who had a major surgery "for the sake of the family", shame on Kody and Robyn for not being there for that child, yet could through a birthday party for Robyn's daughter...when Robyn is the only one who had a none family member (the nanny) coming and going out of her home on a daily basis, how was that not breaching the sacred covid rules?...make it way sense. "WHAT DOES THE NANNY DO?!" - Sobbin Robyn took everything she could away from the other wives and even worse, the children; whether that be money, love, affection, stability, trust etc, Kody just let it happen, where as Robyn (and Meri to her own demise) set it all in place!

Wow. Did she own a home before she married him? Is her family wealthy? Maybe he knows what side his bread is buttered on? Maybe the other wives should pitch little tents in back of that big house, down by the stream, & Robyn could just toss them the clothes she doesn’t want to wear anymore!

I hope they pull the show after next season ends. Kody has found his true love and they are using the proceeds from the show to maintain a certain lifestyle. Kody needs to come clean and admit that polygamy ultimately did not work for him, because he found himself incapable of doing what it takes to keep all his wives happy, and he never even tried. TLC then needs to end the show, as the premise on which it was presented is not there anymore. TLC should reward Christine, Janelle and their kids with as much support as possible to ensure them a path to financial freedom. Kody and Robyn have not been honest. They manipulated, gaslit and emotionally abused many involved in the family, for their selfish gain.
